If your buying any toys from Amazon remember they don't box them so they come scuffed with stickers on them that are really difficult to remove - pain in the backside if your giving them as presents - I tend to avoid buying toys from Amazon now

I’ve not had this experience and I’ve been ordering toys within the last couple of days. The Lego I’ve ordered has always come well packaged.

I don't know why they don't box them, seems to be random. It's annoying because if the box is really damaged (which is will be if it's not packaged) all Amazon offer is your money back - so if you've bought at a good price (well we are on hukd) chances are you basically haven't got the item. Then you've got the hassle of contacting Amazon's CS to return the item and then the further hassle of taking package to post office etc and then waiting to get your money back. It's a lot of faf and to be honest I'm pretty lazy so I find it easier to not buy any toys from Amazon.
Maybe it's to encourage people to buy a prime account . Not cool

Tick the “it’s a gift” box and they’ll send in a brown box.
