It’s not every year a pop culture classic like Ghostbusters has a big anniversary, so the team at LEGO CUUSOO has been working overtime to make this set available as soon as possible. 21108 LEGO Ghostbusters will be available for purchase in June 2014.

This fun and iconic vehicle from the blockbusting ‘80s movie is fully loaded with all the paranormal detection equipment needed to track down those ghastly ghosts. It also features cool Ghostbusters logo decoration, removable roof, tracking computer and seats for 3 minifigures.

The Ectomobile
Based on a 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Ambulance, The Ectomobile or Ecto-1 is one of the most famous movie cars in the world, instantly recognizable even to those not familiar with the films. Decked out in all manner of ghost catching equipment and an over abundance of sirens, it's sure to catch the attention of any person, ghost or demi-god in the vicinity. Included are Winston Zeddemore, Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz and Egon Spengler

Just like the light coming from the ghost trap it's just an illustration and is not a feature of this Lego set.

Oooh, I was talking about this the other day. The Lego guys would do a brilliant job and capturing the proper heart and soul of the GB 'universe'. I wonder if it has a large enough following to make it worth their while, though.

It's just a shame that our beloved Mr Ramis is no longer with us - that scrubs out any chance of new dialogue (as with the Ghostbusters' game from a few years ago).

They have even removed it from eBay & Amazon, I think we've bought all there stock, Lol.
