Lego Ghostbusters Firehouse £188 with Coupon Friday 17th ONLY or until Sunday with Click and Collect.

The set is already reduced at £235 from the usual £285 but Toys R us has a 20% off everything sale on today only, or until Sunday as long as you order today through click and collect. You have to buy in store cant be delivered. There are exclusions, but as the items price is not currently part of any other offer then it SHOULD count just like anything else would.

The coupon can be downloaded from the Toys R Us Homepace

This obviously can be used on anything, but the GB set is a saving off £100

TCB does not pay cash back on click and collect

Thanks for the heads up on the 20%, am using it on the lego bb8 with the free figures and tree etc.

Looks like it is difficult to shift at the RRP (maybe no one pays RRP?).

Heat added, Started looking for my Xmas build yesterday and Poole is my local store

A very good point

LionelRichieFan, why would TCB not pay cashback on click and collect? It's an online purchase

Would John Lewis price match?

Good price with the 20% off - heat added!

FYI - The box as a hole in it ;). Looked at buying it for £240

There's just so much money in the world - fortunately companies like Lego, Apple and Dyson have solutions to relieve us of the burden!

Austerity? Really?

Dammit bought this yesterday click and collect. Could i return and repurchase?

Yes just take it back and re purchase

The price of Lego is just ridiculous. Mass produced plastic charged at stupid prices. I'm sure it was never anywhere near these prices when I was younger. I remember asking for a Lego technic for Christmas one year as I'd seen it in the Argos catalogue. It was under £20 and had more parts than this.

I love Lego but they're taking the piss with these prices. Yet people pay it keeping them in business.

Just buy Lepin from AliExpress instead 1/2 or less and exact same quality.

Anyone bought any of the imaginex 3 for 2 stuff and successfully used the voucher?

The set never had more pieces than this . They didn't make sets with thousands of pieces back then . It also was unlikely to be 20 quid. A Lego castle set when I was younger was about 400 pieces and retailed for 27 dollars which was probably 25 quid ( harder to find exact UK prices from the period) . Keeping inflation in mind it wasn't cheap then either. 400 pieces was a large set then, now that's a small set. This set is 4600 pieces .

You're spot on. In addition, you need to allow for licensing costs on Ghostbusters, Star Wars, Marvel sets etc.
