The brand new for today LEGO Harry Potter 4 Privet Drive is discounted at Amazon DE.

€61.44 inc. P&P which converts to £56.90 with Amazon currency converter, may work out cheaper with a fee-free card. RRP £64.99, next best is Amazon UK at £59.89.

Also on offer: Astronomy Tower at €79.96 incl P&P, which gives £79.68 - around the same price as Amazon UK.

But if you combine postage with Privet Drive will work out cheaper €143.49 which equals £132.89, so slightly cheaper still

Yes, that's fine. But not everyone wants to wait, which is equally fine. Different boats for different folks.

That's a different set from 2018.
Is the astronomy tower attachable to any of the 3 castle sets, without having to do modifications ?

It does indeed, this is the official setup but of course all the sets will break into smaller chunks for you to arrange them how you like:

It also has the connections to go with the Room of Requirement (there’s some extra Technic bricks with holes in in the Astronomy Tower) but in the official setup it won’t quite go in due to the Technic brick they’ve used on RoR - so that’d require some minor modifications. Presumably they are planning to attach it somewhere else in a future set.
