sorted byI think they gave them to both this and the Fast and Furious set as accessories for the characters. Dom uses it to bash a guy's face in but I guess Lego weren't going to use that to sell their toy. And I think they gave it to Bond to cover up why they gave it to Dom and because they couldn't give him a gun as an accessory. There's another piece in the set that can be used as a gun for him though even though they haven't officially said that's what it's there for
