Not a deal, you can't even order it yet.

Although i will be buying this, it is absolutely NOT a deal, horrendously expensive, but sometimes you just have to have these things.

Do need this in my life to be honest, tenner going on Malta tonight

I wondered if this would be posted, it's not a deal, not nice to raise awareness, not voting.

Technically as it is £2,500 cheaper than the older USC Falcon, it is a deal.

Golf is not just the name of a sport and whip, it's also precious metal, never heard of it? Told you to stop being poor. 100% not a spelling error I swear

Your Avatar has you as a Donkey or is that As(s).
Next you'll be telling us it is actually a thoroughbred racing Giraffe\Hippo cross.

Your avatar is a Tic Tac holding a megaphone. Next you'll be telling us its some sort of tiny henchman and there's actually loads of them and they all wear overalls.

THank you, I'm happy with my effort.

Those people moaning that this isn't a 'deal' don't get it because they only equate discounting with a 'deal'. Interesting / exclusive / rare products can also be a deal because of their undersupply in the market

It's not a deal. £650 is the RRP.

Who says there will be under-supply? Not even available yet. Not a deal in any sense of the word. Worst post ever.

If this isn't a deal and should be moved to misc i don't know what to say about Amibo... (And most nintendo stuff/deals for that matter)

Lego buffs... Worth an investment?

This is from the Ultimate line so it'll definitely be limited edition and will be almost guaranteed to appreciate quite a lot over time.

dont put your money in the bank buy these instead.

Lego as an investment has passed its sell by date. Yes, you may get lucky with the odd set or two if you managed to buy at a very low price, but at retail or anything close to retail you have no hope. It is no longer a case of sit on it for a few years. Why? Simply because there are thousands (yes thousands) of other people all doing the same these days. That strategy worked up until the end of 2014, as many people hadn't cottoned on. But every man and his dog are doing it now.

surprised one of regular Lego deal posters hasn't said he can get this cheaper at his local Asda/Tesco/Sainsburys he had the last ones so hasn't posted it as deal.

Thing is, as you can't order it yet, you won't get those 1,950 points, will you? The 3x points is only for the next 3 days...

When it comes to ordering it, you will only get 650 points, worth £30? Unless there is some way of pre-ordering it now to get those 1,950 points?

2. 7% of £540.83 is roughly £37.87, you forgot to deduct VAT. (TBF it does say may, and I'm not a Top Cash Back user...)

POINT TAKEN,LETS HOPE IT TURNS UP BEFORE THE PROMOS END BUT ON REFLECTION MOST LIKELY NOT.

Retail price isn't a deal.

There'll be plenty of chances to save on this at various times - extra points, May 4th promotions, addition discount events, or special freebies, cashback websites. I reckon it can be had for around £550 after discounts if you pick the right time to buy.

It's only people with no money moaning about this. If I save my benefit money for a few weeks and ask for my dsa to be upped its no problem. My bolier did break yesterday but that's no problem as council are sorting that free. Although I can't believe they left me with no heat for 6 hours, disgusting really!

Impressive but for that price I'd expect soooo many minifigs

If the value doesn't go up you could always sue Lego for mis-selling

I honestly don't know how much I have spent on Star Wars Lego since 2014. If I had to guess I would say around 4K which sounds obscene. However I do know that the collection is easily worth what I paid for it.

I'll be purchasing this set safe in the knowledge that for the foreseeable future it will still have a good resale value.

Yes it was a bit of a facetious comment by me to be honest. Each to their own. I spend loads of money on other stuff that doesn't hold its value. If I didn't I would probably be driving a really nice car by now.
