I can't 'defend' against it any longer. This is getting to be a must have at this price.
Lots of stock available.

Heat added! Best price I’ve seen. Picked this up at the Southampton store. There were loads in stock the other day.

Does anyone know if you can shop in Costco if you’re an online member only? Perhaps a stupid question but I’m curious to know if you’re an online member, does this grant you access in stores?
Buy them all at that price!

I don't think it does.

You can’t. The online only membership is for use online only.
Cheers folks for clarifying
Looks more like the Ineos Grenadier to me! 🚙
Interesting! This £119.98 includes VAT and looks like it's national? I expected it to be same price online but works out £10 "cheaper" than online. This is maybe because in-store membership is conveniently £10 MORE (£25 vs £15) than on-line only membership. Therefore if you're in-store member, buy in store but no worse at £129.99 with online only membership!

No you can't unfortunately.
With Costco, in store prices are normally cheaper compared to the website because of the delivery charges that are “included” for the latter.
You can get this for £129 on IWOOT. Its a good deal, I'm not saying that, but for those non-costco members or those not near a store, you can get it for £10 more (altough I'm sure you'll have to add shipping too)

I don't get why costco deals don't include the cost of membership, it's not free nor is it open to everyone.

There are some really bad reviews about iwoots customer service. I was going to order one but the reviews put me off.
Most people can qualify for Costco membership or just tag on as a guest of somebody else. Items are usually 10% cheaper instore than online, but the queues at checkouts are often horrendous. At least their parking spaces are wide enough to actually put a car in ;-)
Sorry but just a newbie question on Lego: why is this so expensive? Are these like limited edition that people collect it and sell it after few years? I don't understand why would anyone pay more than £100 for this. Please clarify. Isn't it just a toy?

Lego has to pay a licensing fee to Jaguar Land Rover to produce the toy. There is research and development costs, costs of materials, packaging, running the retail stores, paying staff, costs of running the website, advertising and transport costs as well and they have to make a profit on top of all that. I agree that Lego is expensive but you aren’t just paying for pieces of plastic they have a lot of overheads.
How do you build this?

There are 'alternatives', I paid £53 for the 'King' version of this which is identical.

Quite a lot of in-store prices are less than the online price.

Have you tried using your hands?
If that doesn't work, you might have to resort to an arc welder!

The very same question people have been asking of JLR for many years, given their new cars can be as fragile as Lego.

Mine has just arrived from IWOOT - sealed box, so shouldn’t have to trouble their CS.

Use a soldering iron to melt the plastic and simply "weld" the parts together. Personally, I would follow instructions to make sure that I had the correct type of soldering iron.
Just checked in store at Cosco Oldham - no stock.
Just an update, I went to Costco Watford today and there were still about 10 available.
