Even if this was reduced, it's still overpriced. Lego really take the p*ss out of their customers!

Aaah, well played fine sir.... well played!!

I think it's a great price... If it includes all the stock...

Do they have Monster Munch in Yankland?!?

cripes, that's expensive!

I only buy Lego at half price, but even if this came down to £85 (which it won't) I probably wouldn't buy it. It's not really aimed at kids at that price, so I doubt many will get played with, which seems a shame.

It does look cool though.

As Abu would say "come again"

Dont know if I could eat 2 donner kebabs in the same night...

I've stopped buying the expensive sets since I've became aware of the issue of lego cracking after being built , some times as little as a week.....I checked in my local store and even their display models have the same issue, lego is not what it used to be.

I haven't seen this myself, but you should be taking it back.

Who needs the Kwik-E-Mart?

I doooooooooo! :'(

How can a very hight RRP be a deal? Good luck in selling this overpriced junk when you're sick of it. Most of the UK can't stand the annoying Simpsons.

I have had to return the simpsons house and lego are replacing 39 pieces of the fairground mixer, my daughter loves her lego aswell , it's quite disheartening

I do believe you, but I've got loads of recent Lego and never had one brick crack. Strange, is it a certain colour?

No, certain types like sloped pieces and flats , particularly on the edges where the plastic is thinner.

There doesn't appear to be any rhyme nor reason as to why they're cracking, for instance my nephews minecraft micro world set the village has multiple cracked pieces yet my daughters has none likewise a friends simpson house was perfect yet ours was cracking......so it doesn't appear to be specific sets, possibly manufacturing process? I won't completely stop buying lego but I am more cautious of what I'm buying and at what price now.

My son wants this set but at that price he would have to wait, these sets don't go on sale though.
Also with all of the Lego we've bought we've never had a single piece crack so you must be very unlucky but you should always return it if that's the case.

The only discount likely on such a set would be smyths 20% off sale, not the greatest discount but better than nothing.

There's a good few forums and discussion over the lego pieces cracking if anyone would like to read more on the issues people are having, Initially I thought it may have been something that the lego was being exposed to but it appears to be an ongoing issue with many people worldwide experiencing it.
