A good price for a set that's not often reduced.

Not that the wife would let me spend £150 on it though

But it's Lego...? Don't gte me wrong, as a kid I loved this stuff (and stil play with it when I get a chance with the grankids) but £150...oO
It's an investment
Do adults really play with Lego?

I thought they just left these limited edition boxes sealed in the hope of eBaying them for a profit in the future!
If I'm spending £150 on a set, I'm definitely building it

Hopefully your grandkids won't collect the modular series buildings then if you think a £150 lego set is overpriced...

When do Smyths usually have their next 20% off offer? Is it not until Easter?

We've got this house, we got it when it was nearly 200! Its very small! We thought it would be a lot bigger! Can't really play with it! Its abit flimsy :-(
Really good price tho! Good find!
As much as I love The Simpsons... no. Ridiculously expensive.

haha. don't go near stocks and shares. Put all your money in Lego Simpson's!
I have just sold my London property portfolio for money to buy Lego sets instead. Risky but I think I have made the right choice.

What criteria do you use to judge the possible future resale value of cetain lego sets?
