Well I'm 36, and spent Christmas Night building the AT-AT I was bought

38 here, and I spent Christmas night building this for my 5 year old son

37 and have so far enjoyed 'helping' my 6 year old build the ARC 170 fighter, Cad Bane's Speeder, Plo Koon's Starfighter & General Grievous' Starfighter. It's his birthday next week and 'he'll' be building the two Hoth Battlepacks, Hoth Wampa cave set and Luke's Landspeeder. (The ARC fighter is fantastic by the way).

Still torn over Slave I - the missus won't like it and we're running out of room.

Happy days...

What about the voice that says buy it and stick it in a cupboard for a few years and make a mint. Save this and you will at least double it's value. Better interest than the bank ....
I bought 4 of the UCS Falcons. Cost me £350 each. Sold one 4 months ago for £850. One last month for £780 and the others are in storage.

Lego Star Wars is a good investment if you have the space and buy wisely .....

Anyone know any good websites about collecting Lego? Interested in out of stock Star Wars, Indiana Jones Lego myself

Amazon =£57.06 - so best bet if you can't get one reserved

48 years old and i've got 122 different Lego Star Wars sets including most of the UCS.....my wife ain't happy, until I tell her the value of stuff like UCS Falcon, UCS Star Destroyer, UCS Tantive etc.

Still collecting today, but must admit you need a LOT of room. Haven't got this Slave I (got the older model), so might go for this.

Just picked one up from Argos today for £53.99. They also have the Palpatine shuttle on sale at £46.99. Check the website out. Search on the name though not by going through the lego links as these are no longer available in the new catalogue hence the sale.
