Lenovo A2 A10-70, 10-inch Tablet £133 with case (using code) at Tesco Direct

Tesco are currently selling the lenovo tab 2 a10 for £139.99 which is a good deal anyway I think. But if you add a cover they give you £5 off, then when you spend over £150 you get £20 off, so overall with the case you get it for £133! Code for £20 off is TDX-HYW3. Case is only selected case, but all offers are on the same page if you scroll down. Sorry a little bit complicated but hope it helps someone.

It's stuck on lollipop. Won't be getting Marshmallow. I got it off the tesco/eBay outlet. was untouched. Best bargain this year! Dwlted the bloat and stuck Nova launcher on. Runs like a dream!
Awesome tablet bought mine in January for £109.99 from Tesco bought a case from eBay £5 heat added
got this for £120 from argos, really good tablet for the money.

How did you manage to sort out the issue?

Also if you melted the bloatware you must have obtained root is this possible on Lollipop?

thanks in advance
£99 argos ebay outlet with instant pick up if stock nearby.
Screen resolution is less on the Argos one from what I can see.
HDMI on this?

Just clear the cache and app data off the dolby apps, I also had to clear the cache and app data of Google Play Music.

I've had two, the second one I just did a factory reset after the firmware update and there were no dolby problems at all.
Thank you for your advice. Is that an easy thing to do? (clearing the cache and app data?) as I'm not very tech savy

Piece of cake.

Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > All (keep swiping left to list all apps)

Select the app your after and your see the needed options, sometimes you have to force stop the app first, force stop is available in the same menu.

The are two dolby apps you need to do.

yeah, im pretty sure the argos one is inferior in all ways. Especially in the resolution, cpu and ram department.
have to give it to lenovo, giving the same name to massively different spec tablets, good job.
Still improving from the spying software days.

Yeah that's right. This is the tab 2. That one is the older one, 1GB RAM and as you said, inferior screen resolution.
Is this the best tablet I can get at this price? I really just want it to read comics. Don't know if this is any better than the chinese Chuwi or Teclast tabs
i wouldn't buy any of those cases from tesco, universal always fail, i had a universal on my now dead 10" because the horrible elasticated corner tabs are all that holds it in, the elastic would touch onto the power/volume buttons so it got taken off, hence why its now broken and in the bin, I've bought this tab now as posted on my deal and have ordered a specific case for it from amazon hotukdeals.com/dea…266

You have to buy the case to get it for £133. Without the case it's £139.
Ordered.
Thank you.

£2.02 tracked on TCB as well. This is a great deal, I'm a little surprised it isn't a lot hotter than this.

Great, thanks. I ordered mine and used TDX-PF4N to get £10 off (Save £10 when you spend £75 or more on selected Electricals so just £129 for the tablet
You can also get it for 129.99 using the £10.00 off code and buy a cheap case from elsewhere! See link below
as per my post on the other thread (£129..00 with no case). for info.

just got mine, not opened up yet but the box specs differ to the listing by:
CPU 1.7GHZ
OS 5.0.1
now to play.

Yeah the processor spec threw me for a while, everywhere it says that chip is 1.5GHz but it is actually clocked at 1.7GHz on the TAB 2.

Old stock had kikat on the box, you still might get a small update to install on 5.0.1

Which case are you getting people? I can only see the Tesco universal one.

That's the one I chose, but I'll never use it.
Just collected it from Tesco. It is the MT8165 CPU and is installing Lollipop as I write this.
The screen is lovely - I'm so glad I waited from something better than an x*800 screen.
Mine arrived today.. I'm impressed
Has the £20 code expired now? Not working for me

Seems the £10/£20 codes have expired now
Broke this tablet today after a 2ft fall with a case on, instantly cracked screen in every possible area Very weak build but great tablet nonetheless (used it on KitKat, avoided the Lollipop update).
The £10 code just worked for me, so £129 without the cover. Or John Lewis agreed to price match the £139 if you want their 2 year warranty...
Just went out of stock as I was about to purchase it. Kicking myself for not buying it sooner!
Saw this for £85 at second hand store. Should I buy?

I'd say it's worth that, depending upon quality
