Just saw this and thought this was a good price for a good spec laptop from a great brand. You get Pentium dual core T4400 chip which is a mid range chip that has a PassMark CPU Benchmark of 1,549. You get 4GB RAM and a cavernous 500GB hard disk and comes with Windows 7 Home Premium. The only downside I can think of is it only supports wireless 802.11b/g.

Don't forget 2.5% Quidco too!

Here's the blurb from Dabs' website:

Lenovo crafted the Lenovo G550 15.6-inch laptop to offer business professionals reliable, affordable and straightforward PC technology. The laptop expands upon this value bringing users extra features, like style and design, making it ideal for personal computing too. The redesigned, thinner and lighter G Series laptops feature choices of either a hairline-like silver finish or a smooth and glossy slate-colored finish.

Equipped with entertainment essentials including a 16:9 aspect ratio panel and DVD burner/player, users can easily display multimedia presentations at the office or watch movies at home. The laptops offer constant connectivity with Wi-Fi and Ethernet. They also come with VeriFace technology and built-in cameras. The G550 laptop comes equipped with a numeric keypad for ease in logging data, high speed memory.

In that case, multiply the price by 11 then.
You'll have to check with Dabs whether they ship to Mainland China and how much this would cost.

Yeah, a bit ironic isn't it? ;-)
Having been to China, branded goods such as Lenovo are very expensive and tend to cost more than what you pay here. I remember I got a pair of Merrell trainers here for £45 and they were selling for well over double the price in China (1200 RMB).

My asda deal has wireless N and Nvidia graphics, but a smaller HDD. So take your pick I guess.
