Yeah agreed, only weighs 2.5kg as well, far too light, I might lose it on the bus home.

ahh man, I have no need whatsoever for this and am inundated with tablets, pc's and phones but for some reason I feel the need to press the buy button!!!

if you want to buy it, I'll look after it for you to free up some space!?

performance wise how would this handle everyday tasks? my wife would like an office area and think this would suit better than getting a tower, monitor etc...sort of covers all bases.

I don't think performance would be an issue for everyday tasks (I assume you mean spreadsheets, wp, email etc which would all be fine).

Then you could take it next door and play hockey!

They do a 27" version that weighs 7kg. Ideal for those boring commutes.

for me I think k it would be tiring to use such a large touch screen on my lap, a laptop would be my choice at this size.

Does anyone still make 19" and larger laptops any more? Those things were monsters.

Seems cool, you're going to be annoyed when you drop it though.

Replaceable batteries? Batteries do degrade over time. Great if it had option of mains power.

It would definitely have option of mains power, otherwise how would you charge it.

Me too (3 x Samsung tablets (12."/10"/8"), an ageing original ASUS Transformer, 2 x Ainol 7" Novo Elfs, 4 Samsung mobiles phones (S2,S3,S5,Note4), Lenovo laptop, 3 desktops (2 retired) and probably some other stuff, yet I am still tempted and must resist. LOL

The one thing that puts me off thank gawd is the colour of the rear (silver or white?). If it was black, I'd have bitten despite it being quite old (2014?)

Sounds quite swish, but I dare say the glare and acoustics are awful in a metal office...

OP .. I'm assuming you'd get more heat if you mentioned somewhere within the body of your Deal (preferably in the Title part?), the 19.5" ratio of your advertised Product ..... :-)

If only it was dual boot to android.

Just install Remix OS for PC. You can now dual boot that. Just google it. It's pretty good now and getting better all the time.

Would fit on the train though

About 2 years ago, I bought an HP Slate 21" tablet. Idea was to put it in the kitchen and basically stream TV to it. Within 2 months the BT app was unsupported so couldn't watch that even via browser as Silverlight won't play either. Signed up for Sky Go. That app only shows 1/3rd of the picture. ITVPlayer isn't supported. All I can see really is BBC iPlayer and FilmOnTV. So this is tempting.... but at £400 a bit too much really. I'll just buy a TV and a firestick I thinks.

A large portable tablet that in real world usage the battery last less then 2 hours makes this device rather useless..

I think you put the decimal point in the wrong place? A bag of potatoes is usually 25KG.

Why are they making machines with 4th gen processors? this with a skylake i5 would be much more attractive, mostly because of the longer battery life.

I have a HP slate 21 for the kitchen(purchased on here for £100) and it is absolutely incredible for the money.. Kodi, Netflix and YouTube run like a dream and the fact that it's wallmoynted is even better!!

WOAHHHHH!!.

All I can say to that is WOW, WOW, and WOWWW!!, always dreamed that such a baby like a decent TV-Sized Android TV would be made one day?, its got me into a few rounds of Mrs. Doubtfire hot flushes & the like?, hehehe.

Thanx for that, I'm glad I put my previous link up there now, as I totally missed the one that you then put back up in return ..... lol. :-)

The possibilities you could do with a hardcore TV with Android OS embedded as its core engine?, are all but almost endless!, mind boggling even (& 4K-enabled too) ..... :-)
