Decent price for these pair of Lenovo 'Smart' / Fitness bands. No code needed on the first one

What are the differences between the HX06 Bracelet and the Watch 9, and which will suit me best?

It really depends on your needs and how you'll be using them.

The HX06 will work independently to give you realtime info on your fitness goals, and using the display, notify you of any calls or messages on your connected smartphone. Using the dedicated app on your smartphone, you can also send fitness stats to external apps to help you track your goals.

The Watch 9 is a much more discreet device, and relies heavily on the app to give you smart features for the watch. Vibration notifications are available, but without a dedicated screen, you'll need to use the app more heavily to check in on and adjust any features.

In summary, the Watch 9 is a much more passive device, with its main features relying on the connected app. If you want more real time data without checking your phone, the HX06 would be a better choice.

I purchased the watch a while ago, Its a nice looking watch but the app doesnt link to anything so its very simple. I've stopped using it with the functions and accept its nice looking £20 watch.
Can some lovely lovely person please take me through how you set the correct time on the Lenovo 9, as it is and you can quote me on this, absolutely impossible!?

You enter the time that is displayed on the phone into the app, not the time the watch should show. It then sets automatically. About to ditch mine because it is smart in name only

Found this, hopefully it helps!

To adjust the time using the calibration in the app, you are to set the current time seen on the watch, and not the current time in your location. The app will then auto set the time based on phone time.

Jeez... That actually worked, now can I receive texts on it, or not?
The Lenovo HX06 is the worst! It records at least 50% more steps than other trackers. I wore it and a xiami band 2 and fitbit just to confirm and it does give about 50% more steps than the other 2. A waste of money even at £10.

That's good news right, so it makes you think you've done better than you actually have, then you can have that extra (box of) donuts? Are you with me?!

Exactly! I was over confident! Took me a few days to feel suspicious thus the comparision test!
I got the watch 9 a few weeks ago. In my opinion it's crap for the smart functions but as a watch it looks great.
Does anyone know if the Watch 9's steps are accurate?

I have an Amazfit Pace at the moment which seems pretty good but I bought my best mate a Withings activite and it showed him doing 12,000 steps when he needs help getting out of his chair!!!!

After initial set up it gave me a strange reading for the first day. However since it has given approximately the same amount of steps as my Fitbit on test.
I quite like the watch, but when I went abroad recently was a bit miffed to find that the time on the watch stayed at UK time. Abroad it wouldn't let me into the app to reset it to local time until I got some wifi. Now the app seems to have updated itself and also locked me out of the account. The new version of the app has a"Smart Time Sync" option, but I've no idea what it does. maybe it solves the time zone problem.
I got mine from rosegal yesterday and it was simple to set up, i just followed the instructions from here to set the time, ozbargain.com.au/nod…414

Have you updated your app through the play store? Mine works fully with everything
The band is garbage, presses the button in your sleep on its own so you wake up wit it on sport mode all night and no battery, or you are forever looking at the wrong watch face as its changed it and is in the settings itself. Get the mi band 2 instead.

As in? I thought this watch and app was completely independent?

On the App set the time to the time shown on the watch now, so if its 10am, and on the watch it says 11.30. within the app set the time to 11.30 and then the time will change to the correct time.

You download the app for the watch and In put the time on what the watch says and it self adjusts

It came out in the play store a little while back. The new version of the app also auto updates
