AMD Ryzen R3
With an AMD Ryzen R3 processor, you'll have enough power for tasks like word processing and web browsing.

Day to day convenience
Featuring 4GB of RAM, this computer has enough power to run a couple of windows at once without any obvious lag or slowdown, however more demanding software applications, such as Photoshop, won’t work on this device.

Speedy and reliable storage
This device features a SSD (Solid Disk Drive) for storage. These are renowned for how quickly they access data and also being good for mobile devices as they are highly resistant to knocks and bumps.

Connecting your other devices
The USB ports allow for fast data transfer, while Bluetooth can help to send data wirelessly between devices. The HDMI port allows for larger screen experiences.

Wireless communication
Built-in Wi-Fi makes it easy to connect the Lenovo IdeaPad 330S to the internet, whether that's through your own home network, Wi-Fi at work or a public connection.

Thats normal 330 not 330s, "s" is better build and has better screen according to some reviews
Yes purchased another one for work but i would rather the more superior specs than a better screen at the end of the day as most people just plug them into an external monitor anyway. The build quality on the URL i posted is top notch as had one in yesterday.
The JL deal for same laptop has been posted previously

hotukdeals.com/dea…819

It has a 1366x768 screen.

fwiw, Lenovo UK sell a similar 330s at £329 (was £299 on Father's day weekend) with full HD IPS screen.

Even if it's slightly better build or a different model, the Ryzen 5 is totally worth the extra. Twice the cores (so twice the multithreading capability) and iGPU has 8 CUs instead of just 3 - makes a huge difference.
This one has only 5 hours battery life hmmm .
I think I would prefer to spend extra 200 for the Dell laptop on their site instead - 3x battery life (13 hours) - and double the RAM and SSD as this one (8gb and 256GB) and it's Ryzen 5

Don't trust the manufacturer estimate, very much doubt the 13 hours usage it's possible, more like 7 hours in the real world.
Best to go and see the laptop. I think the Dell is TN display also.
