According to OP it only holds "8 litters", so it is a very small bin. Unless OP only throws away very big Litters.

Desktop PCs are so thin on the ground of late that I have taken to using servers on offer as PCs which knock me about £250/£300 to set up (TS150 / T30 Xeon chipset, small HDD, possible GPU (onboard HD4600 is not bad), etc.) against PCs of similar specification which are costing £500£600
