good price for such a laptop! only concern is the pentium processor is slow which wasted 8 gb ram.
There are quite few good deals around.

i5 U version for £299

i5 U version, 2 in 1 for £339.

The 8GB RAM is a plus. The extra 4G is worth between £15-£20.

I think the i5 are better deals. This one the Pentium CPU is a let down.

Or buy i3. The U version, i3 and i5, difference is not big.

i3, SSD, £260

Google the specification on the model.

Yes, it is a Intel Pentium N3540. It is actually not bad for a Pentium.

The i3 and i5 in my links are better, but N3540 are acceptable if just use for internet browing, office, 1080p video, may be 4k video.

It is a good deal.

But my deals are better for the price.
i3 and SSD for cheaper, or i3 and HDD for even cheaper. I know the extra 4GB RAM and slightly larger HDD worth a bit.
I'm thinking of getting the ideapad with 8gb memory pentium processor. Does it come with a DVD-R/RW? or a CD-RW?
Thanks Nathan

If you cannot be bother to read the thread, or google yourself.

Then just go for it, it has DVD rewriter.

But as pointed out above, you are not getting the best option. You are paying more for less.

If in doubt, read all comments again.
