Is it cash back or money credited to your account?

description states 128GB, I'm guessing the product title is wrong. still not a bad laptop for the price though, but slightly misleading.

Once you made the order £100 will be credit to your Very account.

Not the same as cash as very is usually expensive

As you will have gone for the "buy now pay later" option it is actually the same as getting cash as long as you dont pay off the credit until after you get the cashback.

The £100 credit will be taken off the amount you still owe.

As soon as the £100 has been credited you can then pay off the outstanding amount interest free.

Looks like a good deal to me.

I think its the description thats wrong, same model is 256gb on Lenovo website.

Well spotted, after delivery I would be asking Very for a discount as its clearly not as advertised.

if only it wasn't white I'd buy this, pics look silver but definitely white.

If you fill out the order form it confirms the price and the spec for that price laptop. It clearly states 128gb SSD.

128Gb is the SSD size.

Lenovo modify the BIOS to ensure that nasty software is installed even if you do a clean re-install. They leave you vulnerable to attack. Avoid like the plague. Cold.

can someone please explain how exactly this works please? do I need to make a very account?

Register a new Very credit account, when you purchase the laptop make sure (very important) to add BNPL for 12 months 0%. By Oct 25th you should get £100 credited to your account (bringing the cost down to £379.99)

What happens if I'm not accepted? I have to pay full price?

Anyone found out if any codes work with this offer? Maybe new customer 10%?

Title price includes cashback which is not guaranteed, please amend.

Can't be used in conjunction with the 10% first order offer. I have just opened an account and it went through in seconds. You'll know if you can get the credit before you order.

I think this is a great deal, £379 for a thin 14 inch laptop with an i5, 8gb ram and an ssd, with a 1080p IPS display. A couple years ago you would pay that much for a crappy acer with a pentium processor a slow 500gb hdd and the most potato like 1366x768 display eughhh

it's not cash back. it's 100 on your account when you buy over 12 months. it's guaranteed.

so can we use the 10% code with this?

Well I phoned them a few days ago and two different customer service reps said you can combine the offers. But they both didn't sound overly confident. I think I'm going to call them again tomorrow and record the phone call before I open the laptop and if I have any trouble I've got some evidence.

Can someone else call them on the 0344 number to confirm? (free from most mobiles)

I did a similar deal earlier this year.

The only thing to watch out for is that the £3.99 delivery charge is not part of the "buy now pay later" deal although its added to the cost of your laptop & charged to your account.

You will have to log into your Very account & pay the £3.99 within a couple of weeks of receiving the laptop.

Also don't pay off the laptop too soon - you want the £100 credit to come off what you owe Very. If you pay it off before you get the cashback then the cashback will go into your account as credit (which you don't want).

I've actually got the 500s version of this laptop & am very happy with it.

Seems like a good price if cashback works out, seriously tempted for uni

Purchase cost is £479.99 plus delivery regardless. Title price is incorrect and Very customer service is well known for issues.

I can't seem to get buy now pay later to work, I opened an account, but when I proceed to checkout the only option is to pay in full or to do TAKE 3, buy now pay later is nowhere to be seen, could someone help?

How long does the credit usually take to be added to your account?

I didnt but if you did it shouldnt impact the £100 cashback.

i have just been told that if i used 10% code,i will not get the 100£ cashback as per t&cs
has anyone got any more specific information as per chat etc which can be quoted

Will i be eligible if I use topcashback?

Anyone else got a weird email asking to contact them by phone asap?

The worst company I have ever dealt with, told me I have supplied false information which I have not and won't even discuss it with me. I guess they realised there is too many people to give £100 back to and now they are doing these non sense things.

Anyone got any links to the full spec of this laptop, size dimensions, weight, onboard graphics card ect

The best you can hope for is Very's website as even Lenovo's own is vague due to it being sold in different guises.

Lenovo Link

I would avoid this as both me and my sister were not allowed to have the credit without any reason or explanation why, both times the person at the other end hang up the phone with no explanation whatsoever. Disgusting customer service by very. I could understand why I was not allowed, but there is no explanation why she wasn't with a perfect credit score. I guess they realised how much this £100 back is going to cost them so now they are refusing to grant bnpl even though the initial application was 'successful'.

Are you incapable of searching for yourself? cnet.com/uk/…re/. Don't call someone a liar when you're not able to type "Lenovo malware" into a search engine.
