For those on the lookout for a laptop come tablet on the lower end of the price spectrum. Will be suitable for casual day to day use, where you're not looking to heavy editing work with videos and such. You'd have to pay a lot more for something with much more grunt.

If you're not keen on Windows with this amount of storage then there is always the option to swap out the OS with something else too. It does have the keyboard with it, which is a backlit model.

We all know you can't install any Windows 10 OS major updates on devices …We all know you can't install any Windows 10 OS major updates on devices with 32GB of storage. How long is it before you have the same problem with 64GB? Cold from me for that reason.

Well there's a massive difference in free space on a 64gb device versus a 32gb device. On a 32gb device you may only have 7-8gb of free space once the OS is installed where as you have closer to 40gb free on a 64gb device. That is 5 times as much.
This isn't the ideal device if you want to fill it with thousands of music tracks and photos but for £199 it will suit some peoples needs very well.

For today, I agree with you starsi360.

On the otherhand, 2 years down the line, you may run into issues. As you're only paying £200, maybe acceptable to some.
Very good price. Heat

The point is here that it’s the percentage of the disk the OS takes up and what you have free from first boot, on a 32GB device you have just sub-25% free, on a 64GB disk you have 60%+ free and you can compact the installation if you need. Also, Microsoft’s current Surface Go starts at 64GB, can you imagine the uproar if they broke that with updates!

I think by the time 64GB becomes a limiting factor you’ll have replaced the device due to a worn battery, general speed or wear and tear.

On the other hand, I am surprised no-one has commented on the pretty low-res 1280x800 display in this...

Recommended one of these for a customer when it was £300+ and they’ve loved it. The version we ordered came with an LTE modem allowing their team to login to an RDS when out and about. Wonder if this version comes with one?
