Before I get shot down in flames, yes, yes it's from DX. Yes the shipping will be slow. For having a bit of patience you'll be getting a cracking phone for the price!

You can also buy through their EU web-link (on the same page) and pay a little extra and get it within a week!

For £114 sheets your getting a decent brand with a massive 5.5" Full HD screen, Octa Core CPU, 2gb RAM, 16gb Storage, 4G dual sim, 13Mp camera and a decent Battery (3000mAh)

This really is a Moto-G killer in my opinion, I'm sure it will have its critics somewhere though :-)

The price at the moment is £114.55 but will change slightly with the exchange rate on the £ to $

Slow delivery maybe, that's about it.

Looks ace!!

been using their S8 tablet for a while now and have to say despite the odd bad review before buying its been A1, pretty much faultless. Really impressed with it. If their phones perform to a similar level then im seriously interested.

If you go for the slightly more expensive EU Shipping option, does than mean the price includes VAT??

Can't go wrong at this price with this spec

Heat added

yeah noticed it ramps up a bit if you chose EU and in white, still very cheap for a phone of this spec.

cool. my moto g 2 is getting swopped.

It will have a Chinese rom on and will need flashing.

this one or galaxy s5?

Wrong! Read the listing.

Just read some of comments about DX.com and EU shipping. Seems parcels still get sent from Hong Kong and the whole VAT/Customs thing seems very weird. DX say if you get charged VAT, send them the documentation and they will refund it. Hmmmm... not sure I'd feel comfortable with that.

I would rather get the Vodafone smart ultra 6 around the same price for the money as it's from a UK company if anything goes wrong. Thats if you can get it. I don't know what the return warranty policy with dx is if it was to go wrong. Also I don't know if it would support all the 4g bands in the UK

I read and not convinced as well

Doesn't appear to support O2 (800mhz) 4G. Doesn't appear to have Gorilla Glass screen. Personally I'd wait for the Moto G (3rd Gen) and you are guaranteed future versions of Android.

Moto G killer... My experience is that the moto g will commit suicide long before someone gets a chance to kill it!

If people are considering imports the pre-order Elephone P8000 has incredible specs (3gb ram, 1.5Ghz quad core, fingerprint scan etc.), supposedly great build quality, might be worth a look.

This looks like a truly outstanding phone until someone here tells us something really bad about it like how it won't make you tea in the morning.

dual sim
micro sd expansion
2gb ram
quad core
nice high ppi screen
high power and replaceable battery

looks like a really nice phone for the money, if I didnt already have a moto g 2nd gen 5" I'd go for this

Just dropped another £5, great deal!

Honor 4X is a decent option for anyone who doesn't want to risk Chinese imports. Specs not quite as good but reviews are overwhelmingly positive on amazon. Also phones are only as good as their software. Boss had a lenovo P780 and the dodgy version of Android lenovo shipped it with was dire.

Beautiful sound deductive phone drunk!? Come again!?

Show off!

Nice, but don't think the 4g frequencies are compatible with UK networks.

What the hell's up with the description?

"Master sound, beautiful sound deductive phone drunk.
Speed candid, moments never regret.
Speed candid black.
Double 64, only two hearts together fast enough"

Errrr.... ok?

this will just end up in a drawer .

Over on the P7000 thread one of the posters bought one a few weeks ago and flashed the ROM. Loves it.

It does not have the 800 4G UK band.

If you look online lots of people state that it comes, allegedly, preloaded with various spyware - some say it is an lenovo app. Others claim that the versions of twitter or youtube installed are in fact spyware. But most people in the UK simply wipe the phone and install a custom ROM to overcome this alleged problem.

It goes on sale in India this week and K3 users have been hoping that there will be a better ROM for it which includes the 800 4G band.

I have got the k3 note for about 3 weeks.
I rooted ( fairly easy) the phone and installed aosp v3 rom ( lp 5.01).Aside from notification led everything seem to work well. The original Lenovo ROM contains spyware ( twitter and Lenovo experience), has some Chinese apps you cannot uninstall without rooting and no Play Store ( due to laws in China).
There are quite a few roms available already and new expected. Battery life will vary from ROM to ROM but in general it is not bad.Nice screen, not very bright, though, fast CPU and storage memory.
The bad - no b20 LTE band ( not an issue for me as I am with EE), no gorilla glass ( sorted with a sheet of tempered glass @£1), indoor camera rather poor (very decent in good light), fairly quiet speakers (possible to boost with a software).
Overall I am happy with the phone but imo this is not for people who are unwilling to work on it ( rooting, flashing new os etc). Apparently rooting does not void Lenovo warranty but due to the phone being China only model ,do not expect official support.

No b20 LTE is hardware related, will not be sorted with a new ROM.
India k3 will have slightly different spec, the official soft may not work with this version.

The spyware on official vibe ROM is not 'alleged', its real and pings back to servers in China. The aosp v3 has one app that needs to be disabled too.

Great phone for the price but the Vodafone ultra 6 is the one I would go for since it's from the UK and you don't have to wait as long. Hot

Don't you think it sounds quite poetic though lol?

Personally my favourite is "farewell zombie face relaxed, natural circle of friends"

Why such a nasty response? i looked at this phone before and it does have a Chinese rom on, you can select English but its not English for everything. Please read post 35 from someone who owns it, dont you feel a fool now.
