That way your comment will be really useful.

His comment is very relevant and extremely useful, knowing it has been £50 cheaper is enough to stop me buying.

Managed to get this at £80 last week

Think it was a different model, this is the "i" model.

But just in case it is the same, do you have a time machine I could borrow? That way your comment will be really useful. Thanks in advance!

It was a different model. And the offer has finished. And it was only for students.

So unless you are a time travelling student who isn't interested in spec, the comment was wholly irrelevant

I missed the £80 deal, still waiting for that

Never saw the 80 quid offer, would've been a no brainer to grab a pair at that price

Or borrow an umbrella that will throw more shade? This is a decent deal but the fact that a similar model sold for more than 30% cheaper last week is good to know.
1080p on 27"? No thank you. Too grainy for my taste.

A far cheaper, lesser spec model sold last week on a STUDENT deal.

If I list a Ford Mondeo on here, nobody cares that a Ford Fiesta was available, 3 weeks ago, on a mobility only deal

Ironically, I sell umbrellas for a living so won't need to borrow one, but thanks
Still a decent price for a 27 inch monitor, specially if you get the additional 10% of with newsletter. Unfortunately it states - L27i-28 - FreeSync 27" FHD IPS VGA & HDMI Connections The multiple ports include VGA and HDMI that lets you expand your capabilities...... and the pictures confirm HDMI/VGA and headphone jack. So the tech spec sheet on the post is incorrect to say display port.
Cracker looking monitor though and would be sweet to have 2 off them next to one another

1080p is fine for 27 inch also as I've had a 27 inch for a while...if any of you can find a 4k display at this size and price then hit me up

The model that was sold for £80 had more power and better IO than this version. So the comment about it being lesser than this monitor doesn't really apply.

However, this deal is open to everyone so that is obviously a plus. So for anyone who couldn't get the other deal because of not being a student, this is still good

I love a good Fulton. What is your opinion? (seriously).

I use the tornado, saves worrying about wind.
What’s the difference between this and the m version for £99?

Thank you

24" not 27" unfortunately. Not a bad price though!
I know this is a silly question, but by using a fire stick + this monitor, could I create a wall mounted TV? I think I’d obviously have to attach a speaker but I don’t have an aerial outlet in the kitchen

Yes you can. You'll need speakers.
Does this have sound? Or headphone jack? Or do I need external computer speakers? Would like to play my PS4 on this!

No speaker. Headphone jack only. So headphones or external speakers needed.

I have two of these on a mount and they're brilliant. Both running at 75HZ on a GTX 1060. The colour is brilliant and the small bezels make them really pleasing to look at.

Cool set up. Is 1080 on 27" all that bad or it will do the job?

1080p is very good for monitors this size in my opinion. I have a 50" 4K TV above these that I use for an extra monitor/console gaming. Everything looks super sharp on these monitors at 1080p, I'd say if you're going 30"+ definitely go for something with a bit more resolution, but below that 1080p is fine.
