Without OS £1499.99 normal price or £1349.99 educational / employee portal price then use code LEGION10 instead of BLACKFRIDAY to get the price down to £1214.99 (£1349.99 without initial discount). With Windows 11 it is £1599.99 normally or £1439.99 with discount and LEGION10 brings it down to £1295.99 (or £1439.99 without initial discount).

500 nits?, are you sure? Alsi there is no guarantee that they'll do a discount on that spec.
I would think people who buy this they'll do it mainly for the rtx 3070.
Best price I've seen with these specs
They're referring to the Legion 7/ Legion 5 Pro confusingly, the regular 5 gets only the 1080p variant displays
All things considered, I'd say this is a good deal, but I'd still choose the 5 Pro personally (either paying £1,500 for the RTX 3070, or circa £1,100 for the RTX 3060 version).
I've had many Legion laptops over the past 6 months, and I'm not sure there's an awful lot of difference between the gaming performance on the RTX 3060 or 3070, or even the 3050ti variants. Depends what you're playing of course, but I've tested with stuff like Cyberpunk, MS Flight Simulator and Death Stranding, amongst others...
Yes absolutely! However that's the 15". I have that version and I paid £1199 for the 2k version on a deal from here. I wouldn't pay more for a 17" FHD version with a lesser screen.
3070 5 pros were going for this price recently, 3060 5 pros were going for under 900 too
I've only seen the non-pro versions going for the prices you mention.
Well sort of. The 5 pro I ordered was cancelled and I know the same happened to at least one other. But yes the 5 pro 3060 was £890 recently and I don't think they were cancelled
I ended up getting the Legion 5 Pro 3060 for £825... Albeit they refunded £112 for sending the rubbish RealTek WiFi card, but it was £925 before than anyway. I've seen 3070 pro be had for the price of this 17 inch laptop, so not the best deal. But it's the best at the moment.
How'd you get the refund 👀
Complained to customer service. When I search my order it says Intel WiFi 6, but they sent RealTek :D. Bought the Intel one for £15, thanks Lenovo!
The 5 Pro earlier on in the year went for this price and even cheaper if you got a 10% refund for the wait time on the custom builds for 3070 configs. Any 16GB/1TB SSD/5800H/RTX 3070 L5Pro would've been sub £1250, my maxed out config barring a single 1TB NVME drive as I had others to swap in was £1340 in august.
With 3070 has been circa £1200
7 with 3060 or 3070 has been the same and with 3080 has been £1700 or so.
Doesn’t mean it will again and they normally sell out quick or have long waits.
I have updated the main deal link - not sure what is going on with their website!

I'm on it now and it's doing it right this moment. SO. ANNOYING.
They do the Legion 5 pro with the 16 inch screen 32gb ram 1tb sometimes 2 tb hardrive with 5800h and 3070 graphics card for just under 1400 sometimes on special offer
The one with the unreliable touchpad that I have. It's not worth half that to be honest. Screen is nice though.
With this much of an issue I would just return it.
That's what I'm doing. I've only had it three weeks.
Sounds like you need a reapir which they should and will do for free to have it replaced/repaired. I have 0 issues with my trackpad, it feels perfect.
They've replaced it once. Going to keep sending it back until I get a good one or a refund. This issue is known, has lots of people reporting it on Reddit and on their forums. I'm jealous of yours being fine, I really like this laptop otherwise.
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues, I hope they sort you out sooner rather than later mate
