    Seems a cracking price for a 1080p rig

    Is this laptop suitablefor non-gaming use? Specifically I am looking for a laptop with a 17inch screen for the following uses:

    * word processing andspreadsheet use
    * heavy web browsing use(I often have hundreds, if not thousands of tabs open!)
    * file-sharing apps(legal use only!) - mainly torrenting, but also some p2p
    * watching HD and FHDvideos (inc x265 content)
    Yes, it's fine for all this but you are paying more for the gaming capability. If it matches your requirements and you can justify the cost, it's great. 17" systems are quite rare these days.
