Decent
PSU seems a bit weak
Upgrade potential gimped by that 350W PSU, but not bad as HTPC to run madvr.
How easy would it be to swap out the 2060 to a 2070/2080 in this?
Psu is poor, for gaming as this looks like it's trying to be 8gb of ram will tank quickly,

Upgrading the graphics card would also require a new power supply as the 350w is just about suitable for this setup
The whole thing is a complete mismatch of a setup. Poor RAM, poor PSU, so I’m guessing the motherboard will also be the lowest priced intel board available...

Don't think Intel has made any since 2013
But it's Intel?
can it do VR?
If you know how to build your own, this is what it'd cost:

Gigabyte Z390 UD ATX LGA1151 Motherboard £94.99
Crucial 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory £30.46
Kingston A400 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive £42.18
Palit GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB StormX Video Card £264.78
Deepcool TESSERACT BF ATX Mid Tower Case £30.46
be quiet! System Power 9 400 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply £38.90

Total: £641.49

Before buying this, Google "lenovo superfish scandal". Then consider if its a company you'd like to do business with.
Think you would regret buying this system, either build your own or get a shop to assemble one for you with more balanced components. Hamstringing yourself with poor mboard, poor processor and poor power supply is money down the drain and limiting.

You would need to add an os to that price though.

Been using the free version for 18 months. But recently bought a key for £3 just out of curiousity. Works fine.
Tbh if the key did stop working id probably not bother getting another.
The only difference that might bother some, doesn't me, is the watermark.
