For something like this with these specs, I reckon this is really quite reasonable. The CPU isn't the latest and greatest, but on the whole it's a good looking bit of kit for the cash. It does comewith the Stylus pen as well as the detachable keyboard. So no need to buy anything else (it's in the product picture as well as under the main part of the title)

These aren't refurb units, they're brand new and sealed

This was a surface pro 4 competitor (so nearly three years old) - looking at reviews, it's OK but poor battery.

if these came with a decent graphics card from either Nvidia or AMD i probably would consider touch screen devices.
Have this as a work device for nearly 18 months now and been very good. Battery fairly decent, IMO, but never really got on with the pen. When at my desk I have it docked with 2 monitors and keyboard /mouse.

No HDMI so if not docked will need the portable adaptor for the USB C, although mine came with Lenovo's own, but not sure if that's standard or my work's addition. However, that's also the port for power, so have had it run out on me when presenting if I haven't ensured charged in advance.
Can these run android for access to the app store please?
