Good deal OP, I've been contemplating upgrading my 10" Tab 2. Hmm

Good spec for the price.
Pay the extra 50 quid and get the eglobal ipad!
Decent specs for the money. Not a fan of android tablets, but this is tempting

16GB for this price is ridiculous, even worse considering original price

That's the issue with android tablets and one of the main reason I haven't invested in them.

Surely not that basic? It does have a USB-C connection unlike Lenovo's £259 Moto G5S Plus, which doesn't.

You are right, 16gb for original price is ridiculous. However, with android 7 - you can use a micro sd card to mimic internal memory.

Can you do that on these tablets....?
I have read, maybe wrongly, that some which could have that feature do not enable it.
Even if the Micro SD card is slower than the internal memory it is better than nothing if it can be extended that way.

But yeah 16GB, and you will not get anywhere near that space (probably closer to 11GB) due to the OS etc.
I do think that it is misleading how it has become acceptable to quote the maximum capacity of storage rather than the usable free storage you get when you buy the device.
Lol Atmos on a tablet
Beware of the Lenovo Tab 4 series - they have bad SD card readers (historical Lenovo problem) After reboot they often corrupt the cards. Lenovo have admitted there is a problem if you search hard enough you will see. No solution as yet & I doubt there will be without recalling these bad tablets.
16GB...........useless, they are unloading them but not cheap enough

SD memory is fraught with probs/ updating apps on them etc

Large internal memory of at least 32gb required at this price. OVERPRICED

no doubt its the best deal for this model... I AM VERY VERY TEMPTED!

Only thing holding me back is 16gb, bit weedy for what otherwise seems to a decent spec tablet from a big name brand...

I've been waiting for the 4GB/64GB version for ages but very few retailers seem to stock it and it never budges from £350 so I just grabbed this one. I checked my Nexus 7 2013 and I'm only using 3.5GB of storage, so 16GB will be plenty for me, and I don't think 1GB of RAM is worth £150. My Nexus 7 has served me well but it has been dying for awhile now, getting slower and slower and crashing constantly. This will be my first "big screen" tablet so I'm excited.

yeah im hear ya.. I wouldn't budge at 350 for the big one either!! to be fair i am only looking at this to replace an old ipad (1 i guess).. but no the kids fill it with games 16gb - going to get eaten quick...

again... still great price... still def considering...
Hmm, mother has the Lenovo Tab A10-30 16gb, and says it is far too slow to do what she wants (not gaming!). Wondering if this is a good upgrade for the price....

Edit - Checking specs, it does seem quite a bit more of a tablet, but is twice the price hers was last Christmas. A10-30 is quad core 1.26GHz, 525g, 1 or 2gb RAM, 1280 x 800 IPS, Android 5, no fingerprint. Might go for this then, worthy upgrade.

Not voted. As has already been mentioned, was looking forward to the 4/64 version, but, the whole series is shockingly overpriced. Either Lenovo are playing the overbranding / pricing game, or will get burnt by redundant stock levels. Worth paying the extra for the ipad / samsuck, or wait......
Requested a JL price match, we'll see how it goes. Thanks OP
Also worth considering, the Huawei M3 lite at Amazon CLICK has been cheaper.
Aluminium encased, Harman quad speakers, 2yrs warranty and more importantly 32gb storage. 24gb left for apps and media.

That seems a very nice spec. Anyone had any experience of using this tablet before...?

Gives the impression of offering better value, at least in terms of storage and RAM, over the one posted here...?
