Choose to go beyond the norm
An optional Smart Charging Station lets you control your smart home devices, thanks to the Google Assistant. Ask for information, play music, set reminders, or watch video—all hands-free. And if you’re out and about, the optional folio case will protect your tablet and double as a stand, too.

Between Lenovo's rather naff history in support terms, and the wimpy P22T in most of their tablet lineup...

Well, the display is real nice, I believe the speakers are solid too, and build quality is a world better than a Fire, but I wouldn't pitch these as being good as much more than content consumption machines - and the lack of Widevine for FHD stuff kind of kills that too.

Fire tablets are incredibly robust in my experience. I bought the Fire 10 for £79.99 before Christmas & with Google Play sideloaded I'm blown away with how good it is. The screen is amazing and all.
