Albeit cheap, you can get refurbished with no faults around this price and sometimes including screen and key board.

Having said that itzoo is well worth keeping an eye on the other stock which changes weekly.

Pretty good for basic use, but check eBay auctions won't pay much more than this for a newer processor

Agreed. ITZOO do offer a 1 year warranty however I'm uncertain if it's ever honoured as my past PC's have always worked OK. You do pay more here than other good sources I have used however they only offer a 30 day warranty.
Some ITZOO PC's I have purchased are also only 4gb memory which is annoying especially, when I recently discovered the single 4Gb stick was dual channel making me think that the other paired 4Gb module had been removed.

I got one of these when posted a couple of weeks ago. Have put in an SSD, a GTX 1650 and a bit more memory and am very happy with it. I can't see any scratches or marks anywhere on the case, not that it'd matter for my purposes.

Yep their PC's are normally in reasonable condition and mint inside. As you stated put in a low profile GTX 1650 , GTX 1050TI or GT1030 and you have a reasonable machine capable of Medium settings on many games. Alternately turn it into a decent 4K / 1080p HTPC player using again any of the above GPU's.

A 1650 is overkill as this only has PCIE 2.0 and limits the power to the to the PCIE to 40W

Thought it was 75W.
What would be the cheapest GFX card you could put in this to run games half decently?

Are you suggesting I'd get equivalent (or close to) performance with a cheaper card?
