This deal is based on a previous deal posted by Tomloaf for £645.99.

Except I discovered that if you customise it from the cheapest base price you will get 16GB of RAM instead 8GB and a backlit keyboard all for £8.50 more!

And the reason why the price has not been bumped up drastically with the upgrades is it comes with Window 10 Home instead of Pro.

To get this configuration click 'VIEW OR CUSTOMISE' and pick the configurable components highlighted in bold

They are two different products aimed at different markets. This isn't a laptop meant for gaming.

I think most of the computers deals on here always laid in to by gamers who comment on the non integrated gfx or the lack of this type of screen or lack of that type of screen.

There is little context except to post about games!

Voted hot for the specs and price. Not for me, I'm into ultrabooks but this is not a reason to vote cold. Wish people read the specs before voting, once a bunch votes cold, the rest will follow.
If you use code FLASHSALEVIP the price drops to 639.09
personally I'm waiting for the T series to show up and for the trade in to update to include it

Is the E14 on sale as well?
Topcashback has 6% on this. Potential for it to be £615

Thanks for this, was looking to upgrade from my 5 year old laptop. Hopefully this'll last 5 years too.
256GB? Shocking

It's not exactly a high-end ultrabook either, other than 10th gen i5 and 16GB RAM, for the money this is pretty mediocre. This seems to be about £100-150 more than it should be. If it was a T-series it might be ok.

Does T-series have any upgrades?
