I really really wanted to love this. I bought a reconditioned one from Laptops Direct and it had a faulty fan. I returned it and bought another. There were massive issues with drivers - especially on Windows 11. Basically unusable.
Had exactly the same issues. Really poor, I appreciate it was really a proof of concept device but I had hopes of this being a perfect on the go tablet / laptop replacement but I just had issue after issue. What I can't complain about is the build quality though, it felt properly solid.

This is actually a phenomenal device once updated to Windows 11 and all relevant drives installed. There is a webpage full of tweaks that does help but I've not done these yet (csdvrx.github.io/)

I got mine the day before through another company (that's not allowed on here) with the 512gb storage and also comes with the pen and keyboard for £649.99. Can trade in a used laptop for £108ish cashback directly from Lenovo but that's only if you're a business or school.

At this price point its great for its form and flexibility - although straight out of the box it is dire.
    Thanks for the link 🏽 🏽 🏽

Going by benchmark, it's a quarter of the speed of a 10th Gen i5. Probably better off with a MS Surface.

    Last years model?
Yes. Looks like it is the 16" fold that is 1.28kg

A pointless device, waste of the World's resources. Why????
    Total luddite

NoveltyNovel. However it weighs about the same as the LG Gram 16, and without a keyboard.

Compact though, and great price. (edited)

What's the gripe with Laptops Direct? Bought from them loads. Never had a problem.
Same. Multiple purchases from them without issue thus far.

COLD. this CPU is the equivalent performance of a Pentium Gold in £200 laptops!!
A bit hard to compare given that this a niche product with a completely different form factor from a £200 laptop but agree the headline stats suggest not a fantastic CPU (has an additional core and much higher boost than the Pentium Gold mind). I think similar to the ARM processors used in the Surface Pro X which also commanded a high price.

I don't own one so can't comment on actual quality but this looks a resaonable review: theverge.com/221…iew

I bought this for £650 with the upgraded 512gb ssd and bundled pen and keyboard. yes the CPU is slow, battery life could be better, keyboard tiny.. RRP being £2500 at launch this is a good deal for a pen enabled tablet with such portability. The new version fixes these issues but is £2500 as well so unless you are willing to wait a year or two (by which time there will be something better) this is a good buy

I rather buy a Nuc with portable touchscreen display. My phones are more powerful than this gizmo with Dex mode. (edited)

Mine arrived today! Sealed, lovely hardware, keyboard and pen included. But, battery DOA and requiring replacement, so unusable. ☹️
The battery will take time to come alive due to depletion...keep it plugged in for a few hours.
