Tell me what this £200 Laptop can't do.
Will it struggle on Browsing??? NO
Will it struggle on youtube?? NO
Will it struggle on Office?? NO
Will it struggle on Emails?? NO
Will it struggle on 1080p films?? NO

I'm curious as to what you lot genuinely do on your computers, I'm on a £1000 MacBook and barely ever use 10% of it's CPU processor.

With SSD this will have no problems actioning any of the above.
Truly dreadful cpu but at this money for the rest of the spec not bad
Great price but god awful processor.

Anybody deserves something better then this. Fork out the extra cost and just get a refirb laptop off Ebay for a bit more but much faster.

Actually it will struggle on a bunch of those things lol, you'll feel the pain after a month or two.
Here's a youtube of basically the same spec except HD screen..

Same here. I've got a Lenovo T61 15.4" laptop and an old Intel C2D T8300 CPU, 4GB 667Mhz RAM. There is no any problem at all with Win 64bit 10 Pro.
Some people really don't know what they talking about...

Dw, be patient, I've been using ebuyer for years.
mine arrives Monday however I bought this on 8th before this was posted on here.
I just got mine, time to dl windows 😁
Received mine this afternoon. I've been building pcs for over 20 years and had no qualms about buying one of these. People who don't really know what they are talking about should just ignore posts that they just want to spoil. As others have said earlier, if you want something to browse the internet and as I do, play a few older pc GameStop the they are excellent at that. Mine boots up to the pin login in 25 secs.l think they are excellent value for money. I'm running Windows 10 Pro by the way!

Don't be ignorant. You need to appreciate that there are many different kind of users out there. Some bold statements were made. If I were a customer and heard from the assistant that "this will be fine for work in office" only to find out that Outlook crashes when it has more than 50 emails to process or Excel takes 15 minutes to calculate 200 rows of data, I would definitely feel like I was conned.

This laptop is not excellent at anything. It is mediocre but I agree it is probably appropriate for the price.
Btw to enter bios is f2

Who's talking about processing 50 emails in office? I'm sure it would anyway! I've been using it to d/l and transfer music and programs all afternoon and it's fine for that. We don't all need to calculate 200 rows of data either. Ignorance is bliss with some people. It's a £200 laptop that does everything I need it to and that some others will be perfectly happy with. I've watched a movie that played perfectly fine and then played my trusty Red Alert 2 to completion. This has a FHD screen, an SSD, 8GB of ram and dvd r/w for 200 quid. Obviously there are much better p.c.s out there but some people will be as happy with this one as I am with mine. I don't mind if you blow a grand or more on something to browse the net and read your emails on, it's a free country and I wouldn't call you ignorant either.

Then why do you keep saying that we do not know what we are talking about? Yes we do, we just have different expectations but somehow you feel super offended by the fact that someone dares to have a different opinion than yourself. If a £200 laptop is sufficient for your needs then good for you.

highdon, my opinion is no more important or valuable than yours. I do object to people who see a cheap deal and with no interest other than to diss it they pile in with their tuppen'orth. I tend to give mine if I think it can help people decide whether or not they could actually be helped in their decision making. Enjoy what's left of this weekend.
Well 20 minutes to install Win 10 pro, general browsing and installs seems quick.
Only problems was sorting out the bios to install and getting out of the dos boot.

Yes it wasn’t obvious how to do it. I’m more a Mac man but was just a case of a little bit of a fiddle to boot from the USB windows key.
Kept on booting to that damn Dos date screen till got bios up and got rid of that and silly security when putting in usb stick, never seen the like before on a non firm computer. All that about crappy cpu have found no slow down at all, much better than my gigabyte 1900 with ssd and 8 gigs.

well i've just calculated 1890 rows of data in a spreadsheet on this laptop, with w10 installing 2 large cumulaitve updates in the background with youtube playing too. Dealt with it like a breeze

15mins?! this laptop probably took 0.02 seconds

I thought this discussion was over by now. If this is good enough for your needs then good for you!

The fact that you are saying installing Windows takes 20 minutes proves my point just fine and let me finish there. Have fun with your new laptops
This VS the almost identical spec HP (different screen it seems), any thoughts ? here
Bought this, sent back. Touchpad very loose and creaking.

Ebuyer kept sending me back to lenovo for "a log number". They didn't want to know.

Only after telling ebuyer i opened PayPal case did they send a label and stop fobbing me off.

Laptop is garbage. Ebuyer returns is like pulling teeth
