EDIT - a while back.

Good price and the one I'd recommend vs. the Ryzen 3.

it's ok now thanks. it's about my being registered originally in another country. it's good now that ebay changed it to uk. been wondering why none of those vouchers worked.
I had a situation similar -i went onto PayPal and changed my setting to allow payment and as soon as I clicked pay changed my payment to pay after delivery and it worked
Same price as it was a couple of weeks ago on the same deal. Bought for my son for Christmas and seems to absolutely fly when I’ve tried it out.

Faster processor than my 2017 i7 ultrabook.

You just have to return it. They won’t budge because that discount is provided by eBay not them. Reorder and return unopened / refuse delivery.

And next time before you buy check HUKD for the recent cheapest price as this is not the first time this has been £315!
I didn't see this deal on here, but found it on ebay and ordered it earlier. Definitely the best of the budget laptop on offer in my opinion. You can even do some light gaming on this - older titles of course, unless you want to game at 15fps lol

What is so great about IPS over TN? Doesn't TN screens have darker blacks than TN?
Viewing angles range from poor, to appalling.

What about accurate colour reproduction?

I normally do some basic photo editing on my Dell desktop, but had to use my Dell Inspiron 1764 laptop for some editing recently. No idea what type of screen it is. When I reviewed the photos later on the desktop monitor, I was shocked how bad they were.

If I print images edited from the desktop, they come out exactly as I see them on the screen. But if I print those edited on the laptop they come out looking completely different to what was showing on the laptop screen. Perhaps this is more to do with calibration than whether it's an IPS or TN ?
