The Ryzen 5 version is normally this price isn’t it? The 3 is not bad but pretty hobbled next to the 5. Integrated Vega should be fine for simpler games turned down but it’s only 3 CUs not 8 in the R5.
Ryzen 5 version was this price on BF

You know what, I just assumed it was the 5

Yup. Assumed it was the 5
Ryzan 5 for £349 right now on same site is a better deal imo.

Tbh don’t blame you. They’re all decent but the Ryzen 5 is so much better it’s worth the extra. It was £315 a few times recently though.
The 5 is available at 349 at the moment. Decent specs for the price
Bought this from Ebuyer via Ebay before Xmas for £242 with the 20% off code, and it was £299 last week on Ebuyer.

There is 2 Ryzen 5 laptops at £349, an HP which has a 2500U processor, or a Lenovo with a 3500U procesor. Is there much difference between them?
1000u 😁

3500U is better as you can see from this CPU comparison.

Build quality...maybe the HP steals it JUST...although HP used to cut corners in the past and be super frustrating loading their OS with tons of their own bloat ware. They're much better now... but still.

The FN (function key) being in the CTRL spot on the keyboard can be annoying...but you can always reverse this in the settings. Google an image of the keyboard layout to see what I'm talking about.

If I were you... I'd go for the Lenovo.
Had this for £242 on black Friday
Ok that post went wrong but iPad app won’t let me delete it...was just trying to say gaming performance is about 10% better on the 3500u
Now £300. Very good deal.
