Argos is the 16gb version.

I have the 8inch version. This is a superb tablet. It really surprised me with how quick and responsive it is.

try this aliexpress.com/ite…tml
could be useful if you can get it fitted

Is this better than the miix 3 ?? I just bought the miix 3.....Otherwise I would have opted for this.

I think it might of been a mistake on the website as I bought one yesterday and its the 32GB version.

Do you know if this method works on a Yoga 2 with lollipop ?

Doesnt have MHL but still a good price, voted hot!!!

What's MHL?

Skymonkey

What's MHL?

Works the same way as an hdmi, albeit the output device must be mhl enabled and the input device likewise, in order words, it allows you to watch/play your tablet/phone on your big screen tv/monitor.

Chromecast works fine

I bought this tablet last month and it's superb. Only downside is recharging the battery. Takes a while so I recommend you leave it overnight (might still not be charged though)

Still no reduction on the windows version

Have you considered renting a time machine and then wearing protection?

You need to use the power supply and USB lead that came with the tablet. I have the 13.3" model and it charges significantly quicker with those than it does with other chargers/leads.

This is Android not Windows, different devices for differing needs.

Initial charge always takes a good while (pretty much standard for any tablet). Mine seems to particularly like the old HP Touchpad charger - but if you use a 3rd party lead watch out for the length. I've got a 2m lead and the charging time increases dramatically. Darned good tablet though - I've got the 8" version and my eldest kid got the 10" for Christmas last, and loves it. Way faster than the old Note 10.1 that I've got.

will try that. thx for the info

Can anybody explain to me the point of having Intel on a tablet? If you want Intel, get a laptop!

What are the disadvantages of having an Intel CPU? As long as the tablet is fast who cares. Plus Microsoft Office for Android works on Intel as far as I know

Some apps are a bit funny with the Intel, chrome for instance seems to lock up and crash more on my Yoga than it does on any other Arm based Android device. Also the wait for Lollipop updates is rumoured also down to Intel sorting out the drivers for the chipset

That's weird. my chrome app very very rarely crashes and never fails to restore the 20odd tabs when I turn on the device each day after an auto switch off at night. Maybe one of your tabs is causing a conflict?

Also, my yoga HD 2 10 inch already received the lollipop update? However I agree it was one of the last devices to get the update

Certainly does, although I haven't installed the latest 5.0.1 update I've seen posts from others to say that it still works (I'm still on the 5.0 update that got pulled).

Great thanks

I just got this yesterday to replace my ageing Nexus 7 (2012 model).

Pros:
- The screen is large, bright and vibrant with full HD.
- Processor is decent and handles things well.
- Speakers are loud with decent quality.
- Kickout stand is quite useful.
- Good price for a tablet that came out just under a year ago.

Cons
- Weight of battery cylinder thingy make it a bit lopsided to hold.
- Lenovo Android skin is a bit crap (I replaced the launcher with Google Now).
- Plastic build quality is slightly cheap feeling.

Overall, definitely worth it for £175.
