Cheaper than the suggested donation for the NSPCC, but it's not about who is cheaper as both charities are great charities!! Just a matter of preference!

Fabby deal, hot from me!

Great idea and a good deed as well. Hot from me!

fantastic! heat added

great idea, but has anybody actually ordered one of these yet? where and when do you give the childs details? Took me straight to paypal confirm payment, reluctant to click yes until I know how to add details.

Hot from me im just waiting for some scrooge to come along and bang on about how they could knock one up in publisher in 5 minutes thus save £3, obviously missing the point of the deal :P

Ordered...

After you pay it gives you the option to enter details

Are we sure this is genuinely going to macmillan? I am always wary of sites who pose as charities and I looked on the macmillan site and found nothing about this. The web address is also a bit odd. If it is genuine I will deffo get a couple but not convinced at the mo.

After searching on Macmillan's website I can't find any reference to this whatsoever! You'd think this would be on there somewhere if it were genuine wouldn't you? Also if you hit 'home' it does nothing but if you delete the address and just leave crossroads.the-gem.com/ you get IIS7 page which is something to do with web hosting. If anyone can cofirm this is legiot I'll def give it a go.

Hi!
Just to answer the questions...! The letters are being handled by a company called gem for their charity of the year Macmillan! (hence the crossroads web address as it's done internally to save costs on web hosting). It's not on the main Macmillan site yet, but has been featured on the official Macmillan Facebook pages. All the profit goes to Macmillan, gem makes no money from this at all! Hope that helps, but feel free to ask any more questions!

seems legit - crossroads.the-gem.com/Chr…tml
