Levi's 501 for £21.59 from Costco

You will need to be a member of Costco to take advantage of this deal. I have just bought a pair of Levi 501 jeans, straight leg for just £21.59 including VAT. I bought these from the Thurmaston branch of Costco, I do not know if it is national deal. They had all different sizes and plenty in stock but only in the colour shown in the picture. Well worth a look if you're going to your local Costco. Hope this helps someone!

A good price for Levi's. I've never bought Levi, I went for Wrangler. My first pair cost £3.25.

Yes - national. They always have a good stash of Levi's at Thurrock.

love costco

is it mens, womens or both?

I only saw men's to be honest. Didn't look in the women's section.

Great deal. Thanks for posting.

Great deal - about time that UK prices were the same as those in the US for these

good find !! heat

Was only at costco Gateshead on Thursday looks like i'm going back on Monday , i love costco too

that is a fab. price normally £80

I remember when they was 30 bob a pair and you put them on and sat in the bath for them to fit.

I bought 2 pairs last weekend for £40 each. Looks like I will be going back and asking for the difference (Gateshead branch).

Rather wide straight legs on these - not overly fashionable despite being 501's hence the price.

Why hence the price? They were happy to sell their 501s for £40 inc VAT last week. I'd hazard a guess that the pricing means they're getting rid of 501s from their range. Costco isn't open on Easter Sunday, will have to chance my arm on Monday.

501s in Costco are a really bizarre fit, so much so i'm inclined to think they're fake. Really wide in the leg, put them next to some legit 501s I own and the difference is night and day.

Confirming national because you've also seen them at this price in your branch, or you just know your branch stocks 501s so assuming the deal is national? Just after clarification to avoid a wild goose chase. Individual Costcos do sell things at different rates at their own discretion when getting rid of ranges, so it's hard to tell. My branch sells 3 types (shades) of 501s, the ones I bought already were lighter than these but all variants were same price last Saturday.

They won't be fakes. They'll be American fit, rather than European. It's the same as their men's shirts, slim fit but still absolutely huge compared to a shirt from Marks & Spencer's.

Costco source products world wide and they'll import these from USA.

I had some 501`s from the Levis outlet in Florida and they were a completely different fit to the UK ones.

Costco often sell outlet range stuff

Not fake but Levis make special 501's for costco which are made down to a price. They are different to the 501's that are sold on the highstreet etc.

Designed to fit fat yanks, perfect fit for me X)

If these were the correct style and fit for 2014 they would not be at this price - out of date range - so don't buy for your teenagers or anyone wanting to be on trend . I use my old 501s like this when I'm gardening.

I bought 8 pairs of Levis in Vegas, mainly at Macy's branches, and although they were all 32" leg on the labels, the difference in actual leg length from longest to shortest varied by 3". The Costco ones have all been consistent, made in China rather than Mexico.

Bobbygogo- Im sure these were on for around 45..btw is this deal throughout all of the UK stores?

heat just for finding out Costco is shut tommorow, saved me a waste of trip.

How do you get cheap/free membership at Costco? There's a new one opening up around the corner later this year and I'd rather not pay... Well, you gotta ask, right?

love costco

What do you like about it? My friend is always telling me to join, I've been with him loads of times. Just seems to me like it's mostly more expensive than Supermarkets/the internet, you have to queue for ages behind miles upon miles of newsagent owners buying 7000 bottles of Kirkland water and unless you have a spare room in your house dedicated to storing 365 days worth of bog roll you're not going to save anything. Only plus side for me is that the cakes are very nice and the cafe food is sort of OK and very cheap. Perhaps I'm missing the point of Costco but it just sees like most people join because they want to feel like they're part of an exclusive club or something.

who wears 501 any more unless your in your 50s and still live in the 80s

Used to sell levis about 20 years ago. To check genuine item, besides the quality and fit, would be to check the red tab at the back, levis would be written on one side and other side levis would be written in the opposite direction, i.e upside down. Also the inner leg stitching would have one blue thread stitching. There were other things to look out for but these were the most obvious. Dont know if they have changed now.

we must have been posh we had are tin bath brought in the front room, actually I think I was mistaken on the price I am sure they was thirtynine and six ,that's nearly two pound

These are not at this price in all costcos - in Bham they are still full price.

Hey
Got some old (8yrs?) Levis not sure from which retail shop and i love them, deep color and got some weight to them, thickness. are the costco ones heavy/thick or light? i cant remember.

cheers

Sign up to Amazon's clothing/fashion emails and receive a dscount code (20% off, I think?) - 501s (with more fashionable colours) can be had for under £35

My husband has stocked up on these before (three different colours/shades!)
I found women's before, but I wasn't keen on the cut of them. Plus i wear mine all the time, even when playing on the floor with the children- so I just go for cheap brands! I don't feel so bad when I ruin them then!! Lol.
Def great price though!
