Fro what I've heard there are different grades of Levis depending on where you buy them, just like football shirts.

Makes sense then.
if I use Deliver to store, can I return the item to the store or would I need to send it?

They will never offer any other refund unless the item is faulty or not fit for purpose
Beware, these 'Sports Direct' Levis get very mixed reviews...
is it too good to be true? will it be grade 2 quality?
Hi all, thanks sjhendo for post. Does anyone know if these jeans are the same prices instore as on the website? Was thinking about popping in there and getting a pair.
Looked at these in store and decided against as material was thin, stitching poor and sizes very strange and very wide.

Yep the sizes are all over the place on Levi's I tried on in a lot of shops in the UK and the USA - Can be the same 'cut' same everything - but fit completely differently. I've found buying online and jeans just doesn't go together anymore.
these are very poor quality, avoid as I already returned 2 before
the reviews are awful for these
I'm sorry this is a sports direct deal, why is it hot? They'll be a hot apple deal the way people are voting.

(tis all tongue in cheeky by the way before anyone gets a soap box :))
Bought two pairs. Worth the risk at that price. Had some good stuff from the flash sales. They had rockport brogues for £20 and the quality is fantastic. If your in two minds, go for it. At the end of the day it is only £17.
I fell for this last time (about a month ago). When I picked them up from store, I checked them immediately and handed them straight back. They're a joke, made out of some thin synthetic material lol. You'd be a laughing stock walking down the street in these. They've (501s) got all the Levi badging, but the material put me in mind of that horrible thin material that women's "jeggings" are made of, or a cross between that and the stuff that football shirts are made of. They're revolting. I lost the argument with Sports Direct for a refund, had to accept a credit note, which thankfully my son was able to use. There's nothing in there that I would want to risk...

u really think there the real thing for 24 quid do me a favour
Ordered 2 pairs of 501's cheers
Bought a pair so will see what they are like. I recently bought a pair on eBay second hand and they could possibly be the most comfy pair of jeans I have ever owned!

I bought a pair directly from their white city Westfield store for £75 and they ripped at the seams within 6 months. Would not pay that much for this brand again but for £17 bought a couple.

Pretty sure that with the whole 14 day cooling off thing you are entitled to a full refund.

But then again they're still putting the mugs in baskets when that is still against the regulations.

The reviews from HUKD members here seem to back up what I have read online. Will be cancelling my order as I'm not wanting the bother of first being disappointed with my purchase and second having to faff about with returns and refunding money or getting vouchers.
I went for a black 505's. Hope they are actually decent.

Yes, trouble is, I didn't follow the correct procedure. I shouldn't have left them at the store. If I'd have posted them back to Sports Direct Online, they reckon I'd have got a refund (not sure about the fiver postage though). Couldn't be bothered. I think it's just a stunt to get millions of credit notes out there, which have to be spent with Sports Direct. They must know that no sane person would wear these once they've see them...

wouldn't buy from Sports Direct if they were selling it for a pound
The only decent Levi's I've bought have been from the Levi's shop, can't understand how Levi's allow their name on 5th rate gear, bought some recently from a major online retailer for £25 and they were complete rubbish, went straight back.
Do people still not realise sports direct equals utter junk? If you are a brand **** then great, if you plan on wearing the stuff more than once not so much.
poor form from levis if they're happy with their product name being tarnished in order to supply to a price competitive market.

why not just stick to what you do well and do it?
got some from Costco I'm florida for £16 a pair. very good quality, so if you know anyone going over there, use a UK membership valid in USA

You are entitled to return these purchased online as per the law. Sometimes retailers think this is optional, it is not!
