I brought a pair last time they were on offer and they come up long. I am a 32 and they measured closer to 34 so I am not sure if they were made with the intention to roll them up.I bought some 32" waist 511's last week and when they came they were more like a 28", i'm convinced they are seconds- I tried these on the previous deal but a poor fit for me. Prefer 513s
