I have one of these in the bedroom and it's great (have the slightly larger rectangular one in the living room and that's also good).

What do you like about it? Was thinking of trying one of these in the hope it'd help with my Hayfever in summer but it's a lot of money for a punt.

It's a well built unit and looks smart.

Also it is fairly quite (although normally turn off when we go to bed.

I do vaccum the filter out once a week and it seems to collect a fair amount of dust (even though I hoover the house a couple of times a week (minimum).
I've got a whirring noise on low setting on one of the two I bought, amazon won't just replace (bought in July) they want to refer to the manufacturer first which seems a bit long winded. Not impressed.

Worth trying quoting the consumer rights act to them (if you haven't already) as the retailer is the one you have the contract with.

Even Argos seem to want to advise you to go back to the manufacturer when by law they (Argos) is responsible and they need to take it up with the manufacturer themselves.
