TopCashback a possibility too if it tracks (not sure if it will with the code)

read and write should be other way round.

I checked a 4gb class4 and surprised the write speed showed as 10mb.

this might be same.

Hot!

Easy way to remember is the class is the minimum guaranteed speed i.e class 6 = min 6 MB/s class 10 = min 10 MB/s

Rather spend the extra pound odd and go for a class 10 card especially for video evidence that could end up saving you a fortune in a dashcam or such device. First class 10 price I came across £5.75 (not saying the cheapest just the first I came across)

The advice I received after doing some research was to go for class 6 as some dashcam's don't like class 10. You get a card speed error message.
I have an e-prance mini 0803 but I understand this applies to others also.

I am currently using a Samsung 32Gb class 6 with no issues recording full HD. 570mb file every five minutes.

ordered thanks, heat added

Cold as class ten are around the same price. Maybe a couple of quid more but still better as a card for me. Sorry

I have a few of these and none where class 6 They were around class 9+

Plus they are reliable Lexar, unlike other big brand that fail ....

This is the specific one I bought
The video quality on the 1080 setting is pretty good, just a very small amount of grain in movement.
I went for this one because I could mount it behind the rear view mirror to hide it away.
I can't see it from the drivers seat without leaning forward and a passer by wouldn't normally notice it without looking for it.
I ran the cable over the passenger sun visor and grab handle then down the centre pillar and under the seat to the socket.
I may look at a better fixing solution at some point.
Overall I think it is one of the best value compact solutions, time will tell on longevity.

I love comments like this, "maybe a couple of quid more".
The thing is only £4.74 to start with, a couple of quid is quite a percentage on top
