good spot cheers

good price there are some 16gb on Amazon for £13.99 not sure if as fast though

Good price

Does anyone know the difference in speed between class 2/4/6 cards? Obviously I know it's significant, but would you notice much of a difference between a class 4 and a 6 say? I'm not fussed about write speeds, more the speed it takes to load apps and photos etc on android.

got one of these last week, but it was only a class 2 that was delivered

* Class 0 cards do not specify performance, which includes all legacy cards prior to class specifications.
* Class 2, 2 MB/s, slowest for SDHC cards.
* Class 4, 4 MB/s.
* Class 6, 6 MB/s.
* Class 10, 10 MB/s.

I got two I bought last year for 32Gb in my Phat

I'm after two 16Gb cards for me and my gf for our San Frans. I'm looking at this and the Sandisk one, also on Play, but for £16. Both are class 4 but the Lexar one is £1.50 cheaper.

Can't decide which to get. Any ideas?

Does this work on Orange San Francisco? Has anyone got any experience?

Good price.
But i would pay a bit more and get a 16gb class 10 card.
Family have 4 of these in 3 phones and a android tablet, all working fine and tested as class 10 cards.
Worth a look.
Regards.

Or buy the sandisk mpo3 sansa player for £40...and get a sandisk 8gb micro card all in..£1.99...from play........

The class rating is the minimum write speed in MB/s. So at times the write speed can be faster and also, usually the read speed is faster.

I really need more space, 4GB just does give enough space!! :0)

I need to get one for my x8, it's on android 2.1 so I want to do apps2sd (still need to figure that out). Is it there for worth going for a higher class card?

Just received mine from Play. I used the SST test program on my Samsung Galaxy and got 6.9MB/s Write and 9.7 MB/s Read Speed.

So in actuality it is label as a Class 4, but runs as a Class 6.
