I don't own a Lexmark myself, but these seem to be very cheap (for a Lexmark).

That is cheap! I usually refill mine, however have noticed the quality drop over time. Just reserved a couple, should keep me going for a while!

This is not as cheap as the Lexmark Black Twin Pack which Currys were selling online two months ago for 99p.

Still, it's quite a good price

How much is a refill usually?

Wrong! A refill works out about £2-£3 each time. A new cartridge is about £15.

The refills that cost around 2-3 are not proper pigment ink are dye based the cost of proper refilled cart are around £15 a pair

You can buy cheap 2-3 kits with the dye based ink but if you want proper quality ink go for the £15 mark at least the ink is less likey to come out of the rint head and spew all over the printer:whistling:

better off buying new originals then as you can pick up a pair for £15 on ebay
