Product Information
Welcome to the best-specced sub-£200 TV on the market! When it comes to features the LG M227WD has got the lot.

Kicking off the impressive list is a Full, 1080p HD Ready 22" screen. This means that whether you're using the M227WD for HD computer games, films or TV, you can rest assured that you're getting the maximum resolution possible. Images are superbly detailed and super crisp. With a response time of just 5ms, the M227WD is free from motion blur and tracks even the fastest moving images with great precision.

In terms of sound quality, the M227 may not be as good as a separate Hi-Fi or home cinema system but it's better than the average £200 TV. SRS WOW gives a boost to the sound with the equalizer enabling you to tune the audio to your exact requirements. If you fancy improving upon the sound, then an optical output with Dolby Surround allows you to connect the M227WD to your home cinema system.

In addition to offering a top quality audio and visual experience, the M227WD has class-leading connectivity. Whether you're connecting games consoles, a PC or AV devices, the M277WD has got it covered. Twin HDMI sockets and a DVI input take care of HD sources, while a PC-input is on hand for your computer. For other sources there are two SCART sockets and a component. In short, the M227WD is just as well equipped as much bigger and more expensive TVs.

With its sleek glossy black finish and matching stand, the M277WD looks every-bit the high-tech TV. Unlike some other small monitor/TVs, this 22" 1080p LG can also be wall-mounted.

For a 22" 1080p LCD TV that compromises on nothing but price, the M277WD is in a class of its own.

this one's cheaper and possibly newer?

Wonder if they've fixed the speakers, i've got a W228D, lovely set but tinny sound

Curious as to whether this is actually 1080p or not though? I thought all 22" sets were 1680x1050 (16:10) and it was the 23" sets which were 16:9 (1920x1080)?
