If you're buying via amazon business account, you don't have to pay VAT outside of UK. I got mine from Amazon.de a few weeks ago for £330 / € 387 which is a complete bargain. Sign up to amazon prime free for 30 days and you get free delivery via dhl.
Would also like to state that this monitor is fantastic, absolutely thrilled with it
Had one a few months.

Best in class. Colours and response are literally perfect

Worth the money.
Bought this from amazon.de for a similar price a month ago.

Highly recommended, best monitor I've used and well worth the money.
Great deal and given heat. I got the LG 27GL83A which is basically the same monitor but without the USB hub for £419 from Amazon Germany. Very happy with mine.
Just to double check, this is 2k screen?
If you can stand 95Hz instead of 144Hz, it's possible to get the same specs for 40% of this price.

Yep, 1440p 144hz

2k is very slightly longer than 1080p. This is 2560 x 1440 compared to 1920 x 1080 (1080p) or 2048 x 1080 which is generally what is referred to as 2k although not a common resolution. It is more common to refer to this monitor's resolution as QHD.

Looks like a great monitor, be aware though that it doesn't actually do 1ms response time at best it's like 1.79ms and that's on the fastest setting which introduces other issues like ghosting, artifacting etc, on the fast setting which is most usable you're getting around 4ms response.

That said though still looks like a great monitor
Can you return to Amazon UK if there are issues?
So many defects with monitors these days its pot luck if you get one that actually works as intended.
I wouldn't want to have to pay to send back to Italy!

Wish I had a business haha I paid £430 for de. and it's worth it for sure £50 more expensive in the UK and no stock
But anyway voted hot. best in class monitor and it's £50 cheaper than UK as OC charge £10 delivery which is bonkers.

You can't but I'm sure having a chat with their customer support about any defects will get you a prepaid postage return label.
More than likely will come with an eu plug and no uk plug? I'd recommend getting an adapter or a uk plug for this. Great monitor though.
The colours are great due to the wide colour gamut, but it still has the flaws of IPS technology, such as IPS glow in the corners and pretty bad contrast. The 1ms response time is a joke though. At the fastest response setting it is unusable, the overshoot is horrendous.

Overcockers can get stuffed.
Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but is it free UK shipping? Cheers

All monitors are a compromise. There is no perfect monitor.

The fact is TN is an ancient technology with way more compromises than IPS type panels. Gamers (and pretty much only gamers) were willing to put up with those compromises to achieve higher refresh rates.

That is no longer necessary. The latest generation of IPS panels led by monitors such as this offer refresh rates not quite as good as the very best TN panels, but so close it really no longer matters any more.

What actually matters is total input latency, not raw refresh rates. If you count input lag as processing time and response rather than merely refresh this is actually faster than most TN panels--even ones with much higher refresh!

TN is dead and nobody needs to buy one ever again.

Decent bang for the buck, I guess we are comparing bottom to top end of the line. I would love to compare them on my desk.

Cheers.

Thanks for the tip, I bought the used one off Amazon DE for about £280. Said it had <5 dead pixels but I just had 2 people check it out using eizo.be/mon…st/ and couldn't find any dead pixels or anything wrong with it!
Out of curiousity, will there be any problems ordering this to the UK? Not sure if there will be issues with voltage or if I would have to get an additional gimmick to prevent any damage to the monitor

Thanks in advance!
Is it really better than 27GL83A-B which you can get for that price right here in UK, thus having no trouble with returns etc?

No power problems. The monitor comes with a small power brick so voltage will be adjusted anyway. I replaced the EU plug with an old UK power plug from a laptop.
is this better than a samsung hdr qled monitor of around the same spec?

I don't think any ips monitor beats this one on input lag but if you mean on other dimensions, I don't know
