Aye, I thought of that about 12 seconds after I'd bought it. Still 284 clubcard points - that works out at £2.84, er...wicked.

No digital tuner :x

Seems a very good price, Not looked up any reviews yet, but for £285, I wouldn't complain too much.

Now if only I hadn't paid for the bridesmaids' dresses for our wedding this morning....

Which one should I go for, this one or the Phillips?!

very good price for pretty decent TV, excellent first deals post thanks.

yeah these are old tvs. my dad has one. look a bit dated now but still nice

Man, I wish these kinds of deals existed for 26" TVs. I don't want a 32" in my bedroom. This LG is a great deal however.

the phillips looks better (i think, if it has that slick shiny black finish)

Been looking for a cheap TV for the PS3 for some time now and I think this branded LG should be better than the Viston's on sale at ebuyer for a similar price. Not bothered about freeview as I watch cable anyhow.

Looked at the Phillips but my local Richer Sounds had none anyhow.

Many thanks to the OP, voted hot

I have the 37” version of this TV. I believe the only difference between this TV and mine are the number of HDMI sockets. One instead of two.

It’s a fantastic tele with excellent picture quality on both SD (with a decent feed) and HD and I would buy it in a second if I didn’t already have too many debts

Tried to order twice, twice the order was rejected blaming my debit card (there is nothing wrong with it).
It says now out of stock.

A Tesco cock-up?

all gone

Was still in stock when I ordered the second time, and then got a second cancellation email.

Anyone managed to get it?

Hi Thom,
Sorry matey, i think i took the last one. Not suprised at that price that they went flyyyyyyyying off the shelves. The TV has had some very good write ups too.

I'm also hoping that we see Sony doing some of this on the "X" series tellys'....now they are 11/10!

:-D

mine disappeared after payment!!!
