Has already been posted but at a higher price of £349.

Argos are subsituting the LG 32LF2500 at £329.99 for the LG 32LF7700 which is a better spec and has freeview and Freesat,

Check my reservation at terminal but did not show subsitution, got them to bring down and have a look and was given the 7700.

Seems to have excellent reviews and won award from what-hifi

Hi,
Thanks for posting. I have added an image to your post.
This is a link, made by rayman, which explains how to add images in great detail. It’s worth taking a look at if you are going to post more deals in future : - hotukdeals.com/ite…hr/
Or follow the link in my signature. I have also added price & retailer to the title, it helps those viewing in text only.
Kind regards

so do you know if they are doing that nationwide or specific to certain stores and if so is there any way i can find out form my local store by calling or so

Good spot

"Argos are subsituting the LG 32LF2500 at £329.99 for the LG 32LF7700"

So you order the 32LF2500 ask to see the box bought up to the customer area in the store, not need to purchase until you know it has been substituted for the 32LF7700 with FreeSAT HD and Freeview.

An excellent deal.

When it was posted before, it was all over the UK.

Best way is to reserve then go in to store and ask to view, that way you can check. I don't think the staff know until its at the counter

From what I can see of the spec its the same as the LG 32LH300 which was on offer from Dixons at £299 but it also have Freesat as well as Freeview

This also applies to the 42" which is now £450 (£500 with a £50 Argos voucher). £20 cheaper than when I got one on Monday . Still happy though as I got the last one in stock for a bargain price. Cheapest you can get it anywhere else is Richer Sounds for £600 I think.

Should show up as a substitute if you go to the auto checkout (wouldn't let you pay for it without telling you) just not at the little stock check machines or online. It did for me in one store, but not in another (so I guess they had actual 2500's in stock). Someone in the other thread said they got a 3000 as the replacement though, so it's pot luck really. No need to get them to lug the thing down for you to look at either, just get them to check the version number on the box in the stockroom.

picked one up in st helens yesterday, staff were really good, 7 tv's for this cat no in stock, one the actual original tv, 5 other models, cannot remember model no but not freesat, advised that better spec than original and 1 with freesat as mentioned, also priced as £349 instore

chap behind desk went looking for specific model number as stocked in different parts of store, anyway found the one i wanted and reduced price to £329 plus £10 voucher given

decided to go for this after missing out on the sony freview hd at john lewis, sony likely better spec but will have choice of more hd to begin with, yet to test tv and figure if usb hack can be applied to this model using universal remote control

now did i make the right choice.........., no 5 yr warranty, can get an extra yr with nationwide card, £30 cheaper and freesat hd as opposed to freeview hd, opinions welcomed, suppose could return within 28 days to argos if option of sony comes up

decisions, decisions,:?:?:?:?

Ditto - got one yesterday as getting fed up with John Lewis now - not sure if done the right thing - have not opened yet as pondering!!! Freeview HD not in my area til 2012 and only had budget of up to £350.
I too am wondering if I did the right thing?? comments please.
Thank you for the post - rang Argos first and checked which model they would be substituting - no problem - very helpful
