Been waiting for this monitor to drop in price since it came out and this is the cheapest I've ever seen it in the UK so far at around a £250 discount (everyone else is still selling it at £1150+). Looks like a smoking hot deal to me.

This is the best and the biggest Ultrawide monitor money can buy right now (this one is going right alongside my trusty old Samsung 34 Ultrawide SE790C VA panel). Specs below:

- Color Depth (Number of Colors): 10bits (8bit+FRC), 1.07B

- Response Time: 14ms / 5ms GTG
- Refresh Rate: 60 Hz / 75Hz with Display Port with FreeSync
- Aspect Ratio: 21:10
- Resolution: 3840 x 1600
- Brightness: 300 cd/m2
- Contrast Ratio: Mega
- Viewing Angle: 178 / 178
- HDMI: Yes (ver2.0, 2ea)
- Display Port: Yes(1.2)
- USB 3.0: 2 ea
- USB 3.0 Quick Charge: 1
- FreeSync: Yes (DP 52~75Hz)
- Tilt (Angle): -5~15 Degree
- Height (Range): 110mm

Haha -- for sure

also has 99% SRGB coverage, so very good for photo editing/video work etc.

Kind of agree there -- it was a throw-down between the 32UD99 and this monitor for me. This one is cheaper and has a lot more workspace for similar money and I'd much rather have the extra real estate of an Ultrawide (I can take the slight hit on the resolution and can live without HDR for now until it catches on more in the PC space). But different strokes for different folks...
