On the Ebuyer main site it is 329.98 but clicking on the OP link(get deal) will save you a few pounds for the same product.

just bought this TV last week from Currys for £329, gets delivered tomorrow. Can't really be bothered cancelling now for 40 quid though.

Not too bed a snob, but they are totally different league, if you are getting one or the other, get the LG without a shadow of a doubt

Reviews for this TV

Bah, was going to place an order before I noticed there's no audio out.

i bought mine from asda for 299, thought the picture was crap when i first got it compared to my old plasma but its pretty good now ive fiddled with the settings a bit.

Good price for this tv, but the killer is the lack of any audio out. I doubt that the internal speakers will match most people's requirements, even at this low price.

No audio out confirmed, I got this about a month ago. not bad picture at all, the speakers aren't awful. 2 HDMIs

Is it all possible to use a surround system with this TV even with no audio output? What about a soundbar or using a receiver?

Speakers are good but I don't crank the volume that much. 2 HDMI slots becomes a problem quickly.

Great picture though, I was impressed for the price.

The media player will play almost anything you throw at it. But it does have this weird bug were it resumes a video after about 10 minutes. Last years model has this bug too. A bit annoying...

No, but a way round it is to turn the volume off on the TV and run off the Audio out off the Sky/Virginmedia Boxes if you have them

Just use an audio cable from the headphone socket on tv to surround sound box. Thats what i use on my lg tv and surround system

So no LED, meaning higher energy consumption. For 20q more, can get led version from amazon

Hi everyone, I could really do with some help at the moment in choosing a tv at the moment I can get 20% off at Tesco and would like a Full HD tv either 40 or 42 inch. I was thinking this tv or possibly this one or this one for 338 after the 20% any advice will be truly appreciated .

Seems a v.good TV for the price, but couldn't find info relating to refresh rate, brightness or contrast ratio oddly. Insofar as comparing to the bush 39" I've seen the latter working as my Dad took advantage of the £229 deal and think it's a v.good TV esp at that price.

How old is this TV? To the person who said they bought this from Currys, I work in one of their largest stores and we don't stock this. Not even online. If it's from this year it's a very basic model. Im sure much better sets could be had for not a lot more money.

Its is the most basic of LG sets, which I guess you might expect at this price. But as many have said above and n the reviews, it is lacking in a number of areas, not least audio out.

Obviously no Smart TV capabilities, but I am also perplexed that on a 2012 set it is just SD Freeview as opposed to HD.
