I'll probably get shot down as this is a Groupon deal but I can't find the set cheaper than £679 on google.

I'm not sure what the warranty is with Groupon?

I'm torn between this model now and either the Sony Bravia KDL42W805 or the Samsung UE40F6500

potential TCB 5.05% + free Now TV via LG redemption for three months

Delivery: Free. Allow up to 4 working days. Signature required. UK mainland only.

This actually looks like a good deal, this TV is showing as 799£ @ currys after a 200£ price reduction.

Does anyone know if this comes with the magic remote and 3D glasses.

From what I can gather there are 6 pairs of glasses and a magic remote.
Also there is an offer on at the moment for free Now TV (Sky Sports) by redemption with LG = lg.com/uk/…dex

I'd like to know to as I'm also considering this. Where did you get the info regarding the magic remote and 3D glasses?

LG link I gave. However just checked john lewis website and they say 4 pairs glasses & smart remote. Their spec will be what is boxed I would imagine. Have emailed groupon for warranty info.

This deserves more heat as it's the cheapest price in the uk at the moment. I am considering going for this even though I have a price match with John Lewis for the same TV at £679 just deliberating if the 5 year warranty merits the extra £80. By the way it has 6 3D glasses 4 normal and 2 dual play.

I've ordered it from Groupon, normally Groupon deals aren't the best but this a 800Mhz 3d. The older versions of this TV that you can pick up for around £550 are only 200Mhz.

Still i wish those voting cold would say why as maybe their is something we are missing.

I just wonder how long Groupon take to deliver.

Was looking at this but review not that great

I like the look of Panasonic Viera TX-L42ET61B
any views on this please

still a very good price on the LG

Groupon have extended the time period on this. Is this truly 800hz?

Also anyone know what the warranty is with groupon/lg?

I contacted Groupon and it doesnt come with the magic remote or glasses. So if you add up the cost, you can get a similar deal from other places

Ordered on Sunday arrived yesterday. Magic remote and 4 pairs glasses plus 2 pairs of gaming glasses included. Brilliant picture and as stated £799 at John Lewis and Richersounds so well pleased.

I bought this tv from John Lewis on Black Friday, paid £599 delivered, 5 year warranty, 4 pairs 3d glasses, 2 pair games glasses, magic remote. Cracking deal, cracking tv.
