Normal LCDs will be around for a while but I'm hoping come Christmas 2011 LED will be the non-3D norm in LCDs.

Bear in mind all LED is the side lights which backlight the LCD Crystals which used to be power hungary not as good florescent lights, now replaced with LED lights.

On my LED Samsung it is a nicer picture than my lcd monitor beside it.

My living room £320 Tosh 40" though I do want to replace with LED with Christmas 2011 offers where I'll do a hdtv shuffle at my parents house.

LCD may be approaching rock bottom but it's not going anywhere, yet.

I've recently got one of these. Very pleased but £499 seems to be the going rate Curry's, Comet etc.

Don't rely on the quidco, a lot of people have experienced problems with Bestbuy/Quidco not paying out.

I purchased this TV from amazon for £488 just before christmas it really is superb!

supercasual

You cannot blame BestBuy for a lousy courier.
